Abstract

PURPOSE: To purify household waste water containing abundant oils at high efficiency, by purifying the pollutants and separating the floating flocs and treated water in a treating tank which integrally comprises aeration tank and pressurizing floatation tank.
CONSTITUTION: A tank of which bottom is preferably shaped in a conical form is divided by partition walls 3, and an aeration and pressurizing floatation treating tank 2 is formed by using the peripheral part as aeration tank 4 and the central part as pressurizing floatation tank 5. The raw water sent in from a cushion tank 1 is aerated in the aeration tank 4 and purified with activated sludge, and is passed over the partition walls 3 into the pressurizing floatation tank 5 together with the formed flocs. In the floatation tank 5, part of the treated water is forcefed from the bottom of the tank 5 through pressurizing pump 13 and pressurizing tank 15 to float the flocs and is sent into a scraped sludge storage tank 12 through a clearance 9. On the other hand, the separated treated water is sent into a treated water tank 11 through the clearance between a divide wall 6 and partition wall 4.
