PURPOSE:To seal electric parts by insulating materials for armor, by using an insulating tape, where holes are provided at prescribed materials and a cover tape is sticked to one face, to stick electric parts to holes and providing a required space. CONSTITUTION:Insulalting substrates 5 having elements 1 and conductive patterns are soldered to terminals 6a to c of conductive materials 6 at prescribed interval L. For the purpose of making prescribed space 11 in element 1, tape 13 with pattern- separating materials sticked to protect tape 50 is exfoliated, and the tape is so sticked that adhesive layer 10' may be sticked to substrate 5. By this method, a unit where space is provided between the electric parts and insulating materials for armor can be autmatically assembled easily.
