PURPOSE:To seal electric parts by insulating materials for armor, by using an insulating tape, where holes are provided at prescribed materials and a cover tape is sticked to one face, to stick electric parts to holes and providing a required space. CONSTITUTION:Insulalting substrates 5 having elements 1 and conductive patterns are soldered to terminals 6a to c of conductive materials 6 at prescribed interval L.
