Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the gas feeding amount and the space for installation by slanting the both end part of a furnace core downward at an acute angle and allowing the gas lighter than air to stagnate at the center part of the upper furnace core and preventing the leakage at both end openings.
CONSTITUTION: An object to be heated which has been worked on a working table 38 is put on a suspending tool and carried in a furnace core 18.
