Abstract

PURPOSE: To save energy and also, to secure the safty of operation time, by heating oil stuck steel material member etc. with combustion gas flowing by convection at a fixed temperature keeping O2 in the furnace at 4% or less and using combustion heat of vaporized oil for a part of heating source of the above-mentioned member.
CONSTITUTION: Washing apparatus of the oil stuck steel material member 11 etc. is composed of the treatment room 7, the fan 14 and the burner parts 13, 20 etc., and the member 11 is placed on the receiver 12 from the door 4 and then, stuck oil etc. is vaporized carrying out forced convection heating of combustion gas from the burner parts 13, 13 by the fan 14. On this occation, the member 11 is heated at a temperature corresponding to the vapor pressure of stuck oil for about 15W20min and also, concentration of O2 in the furnace is kept at 4% or less and then, explosion by vaporized oil is prevented. Vaporized oil and combustion gas, are burnt in the treating room 7 by the air for combustion from the burner part 20 and the supply opening 21 and burnt gas is passed through a pair of radiant tubes 16, 16 as heat transmission tube and then, is discharged supplying for heating source of the member 11. Trouble of environmental pollution by usual chemical washing, is able to remove besides energy saving and safety.
