Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide an effective utilization of heat and enable a compact design to be performed by a method wherein a secondary combustion chamber is arranged around a primary combustion chamber, a discharged gas is discharged out of a system through a preheater and at the same time combustion air is supplied to the primary combustion chamber and the secondary combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:A heating heater 9 within a secondary combustion chamber 7 is at first energized so as to increase a temperature of the secondary combustion chamber 7. As a temperature of the secondary combustion chamber 7 is reached to the desired temperature T3, a heating heater 5 within a primary combustion chamber 2 is energized and the primary combustion chamber 2 is also heated. At this time, since the secondary combustion chamber 7 is arranged around an outer circumference of the primary combustion chamber 2 through a thermal insulation material 3, the secondary combustion chamber 7 is kept at a high temperature state and at the same time the primary combustion chamber 2 is also thermally influenced by the secondary combustion chamber 7 and kept at a high temperature state (600 deg.C-700 deg.C). In turn, a blower fan 13 is driven to cause combustion air to be heat treated while passing through a preheater 10 and shows a relative high temperature (200 deg.C-400 deg.C), resulting in that it may be passed through air supplying pipes 14 and 15 and then they are supplied into the primary combustion chamber 2 and the secondary combustion chamber 7.
