Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the chattering occurrence in an assured way with a simple constitution and without causing any malfunction by obtaining a pair of output signals of the forward and opposite phases from the output terminal of the NAND circuit as well as the output terminals of the inverter circuit put toward the gate. CONSTITUTION:Capacitor C1 and resistacne R3 are connected in correspondence to each other between the input terminal of inverter circuit G2 and the output terminal of NAND gate circuit G1 as well as between the eaeth points from circuit G1 among two circuits G2 and G3. Here, 3rd diode D3 is connected forward between the output terminal of circuit G1 and the joint of 1st and 2nd diode D1 and D2, and forward bias voltage is supplied to the joints of these three diodes. Then a pair of output signals of the forward and opposite phases are led out from the output terminals of circuit G1 and G2. As a result, the chattering occurrence can be prevented assuredly with a simple constitution with no malfunction caused.
