Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of a noise by coupling the 1st and 2nd capacitors between an output node and a couple of power supply nodes respectively. CONSTITUTION:Between a reference-value-Vref node and +V and GND power source nodes, capacitors Cv and Cg are connected, respectively, so that noise appearing at one power source node and another out-of-phase noise appearing at the other power source node cancel by being added togeter. Thus, the influence of not only the noise appearing at the Vref node but also that appearing at the power source nodes can be reduced only by using two capacitors, and the rating (maximum permissible LOW level input VILmax, minimum permissible High level input VIHmin) of the input level of IC can be relaxed.
