Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize not only the high-speed performance but high integration by providing the 1st and 2nd circuits, in which a common connection is secured between the control electrode of each of the unidirectional conduction type channel MISFET and the opposite conduction type channel MISFET and the main electrode of either one of the both channel MISFETs plus the 1st and 2nd inverters. CONSTITUTION:The 1st circuit C1 consisting of the P type channel MISFET Pch 103. i.e., a unidirectional conduction type channel MISFET and Nch102, i.e., an opposite conduction type channel MISFET and the 2nd circuit C2 consisting of Pch 103 and Nch104 plus the 1st and 2nd inverters Inv1 and Inv2 are connected between the 1st and 2nd input terminals (a) and (b) and the output terminal OUT. The inverter is a CMOS inverter that comprises the high potential side VCC and the low potential side VSS of a power source, Pch201, Nch202, Pch203 and Nch204, respectively. The EOR(a.reverse b+reverse a.b) logic value of the terminals (a) and (b) each is delivered to the output terminal. An ENOR circuit can also be formed in the same way.
