Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively separate bubbles in oil by centrifugal force action in such a way that a spiral guide is provided to combine the inlet port with the outlet port at the inside of a cylindrical body giving whirling movement to the oil which flows into the cylindrical body.
CONSTITUTION: When oil 4 containing bubbles is sent through an inlet port 3 into a cylindrical body 2, oil flow is made whirling stream by a spiral guide 1 before flowing into the side of the outlet port 12. In that case, since centrifugal force is worked onto the oil flow, it gives flow by being centrifuged as small density bubbles 7 inside and oil 4 which does not contain bubbles 7 outside, the bubbles 7 are separated from oil 4 at the upstream part near the outlet port, which are gathered in the middle part, they get in through fenestellas 6 of an underpinning 5 and float up to the upper pocket 9 or flow out. When the bubbles 7 are accumulated to a certain extent in said pocket 9, a valve 10 clears off a seat part 11, the bubbles 7 are made their escape outside. Thus, bubbles 7 are efficiently separated from oil 4.
