Abstract
PURPOSE: To automatically level a rubber weir body by discharging water from a bag body with a siphon tube connecting the upstream side and the downstream of the weir communicated to the bag body composing the weir when the water reaches the level of water flowing through the siphon tube.
CONSTITUTION: When a weir box X is erected from the leveled posture, a pump 8 is actuated to force air into an internal bag body 1 and it is expanded to be is erected to a certain extent. Then, as the water level of a river rises, water on the top of the weir enters an external bag body 2 passing through a water passage tube 4, a venturi section 5 and a communicating tube 7 to float the internal bag body 1 naturally. Then, when the water level on the top of the weir exceeds that 17 of a siphon section 6, water on the upstream flows to the downstream through a siphon tube. At this point, water in the external bag body 2 is discharged due to the venturi effect to level the weir naturally. Here, a float works to open a valve 11, causing air in the internal bag body 1 to be discharged.
