The material in which A consists preferably of Ti and Zr and B consists preferably of Mn, Cr and Fe and of which the general formula is expressed with Ti1-xZrxMn2-y-zCryFez where x=0.05W0.4, y=0.4W1.3, z=0W0.3 (on condition that z=0 is not included), is cheap and easily prepared. Besides, Fe in the above material may be replaced with Cu.
