Abstract
PURPOSE:To extend te service life of te circuit by constructing it in such a manner that a small capacity select switch can be used. CONSTITUTION:Switching transistors Q1 and Q2 connected to the juncture between an inner power supply INT and the control electrode of the transistor Q1 and the juncture between an external power source connection terminal EXT and the transistor Q2 through respective diodes D1 and D2 are provided. When the switch S is switched to the side of the terminal INT, a capaciftor C1 is charged through the diode D1, switch S and a rsistor R1. With the voltage built up across the capacitor C1 the transistor Q1 is rendered conductive to connect the inner power supply INT to the load. When the switch is switched to the terminal EXT, a capacitor C2 is charged through the diode D2, switch S and a resistor R2. With the voltage built up across the capacitor C2 the transistor Q2 is rendered conductive to connect the external power source to the load. Thus, the switch deals with voltages sufficient to control the transistors Q1 and Q2, so that it mey be of a small capacitance specification.
