Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution by reducing switch element current capacity while providing excellent adaptability, by connecting a diode effectively to the feedback circuit of an amplifier. CONSTITUTION:In period T1 when switch element 1 is turned off, integrating capacitor 3 is charged by signal E1 and makes a linear transition to the negative direction. In period T2, turning on switch element 1 holds potential C of the connection point negative and a reverse bias is applied to diode 6 to cut off the charging circuit. On the other hand, since connection point C is held at the negative potential, the output of amplifier 4 is positive. Consequently, integrating capacitor 3 is discharged instantaneously via diode 7 and further reverse charged, so that the voltage of output terminal B will be charged suddenly nearly up to electric power voltage E of amplifier 4. Since integrating capacitor 3 is discharged not via switch element 1, switch element 1 of extremely small current capacity may be employed.
