Abstract

CONSTITUTION:When a power supply voltage Vcc is applied, a transistor (TR)Q3 is conductive and a capacitor C1 is charged with constant current with a TRQ6. When the power supply voltage Vcc is lowered and a Zener diode ZD1 is turned off, the TRQ3 is nonconductive and a TRQ6 is also nonconductive. Thus, a TRQ8 is nonconductive and the capacitor C1 is discharged.
