Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve the realization of a contour vibrator of highly stable performance and low cost by forming the same in the holding constitution in which the metal film on the surface of the vibrator and holding members are bonded by way of a metal ball. A ball 26 of gold is thermo-compression-bonded on the electrode film 22 comprising vapor deposition of gold and a gold-plated support part 23 is thermo-compression-bonded thereto.
