Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deflection of the polarity of control signals dependent upon the DC off-set voltage by superposing signals, which have the polarity inverted alternately synchronously with the weight coefficient of each weighting circuit and have a fixed minute amplitude, to control signals. CONSTITUTION:A filter characteristic having a desired impulse response is given to transversal filter 1 by applying an arbitrary weight coefficient to the input/output of each tap of delay element 11 having plural taps by weighting circuit 12. Then, serial control signals Vw which control successively the weight coefficient in each arrangement direction of delay element 11 are generated from output signals Vout in control circuit 2. However, signals which have the polarity inverted alternately synchronously with the successive control of the coefficient in weighting circuit 12 and have a fixed minute amplitude are superposed onto control signals Vw. Thus, the deflection of the polarity of control voltage Vw dependent upon the DC off- set voltage is prevented in differentiating circuit 15 and positive/negative decision circuit 17.
