Abstract
PURPOSE:To reject artificial zero-cross pulse appeared when the interference between adjacent bits is less, by connecting a digital zero-cross pulse and a window pulse to a logical product circuit to form a digital signal. CONSTITUTION:If an extra pulse is present in an area 13 of a readout analog waveform 12, zero-cross points having large or small amplitude are produced at an area 15 of its differentiation waveform 14. A number of artificial zeros are produced in an area 17 in digital zero-cross pulse 16 of a zero-cross point detection circuit. Positive and negative reference voltages are provided to the positive/negative output waveforms of the said readout analog waveform 12 to produce a digital window pulse 18 having the width corresponding to the time interval of the output waveform more than the positive reference voltage +VT and less than the negative reference voltage -VT is produced to take the logical product with the digital zero-cross pulse 16. Thus, a digital zero-cross pulse 19 rejecting the artificial zero-cross of the area 17 can be obtained.
