PURPOSE:To improve circuit quality with spurious radiation prevented, by providing a phase synchronous circuit which controls a voltage control oscillator by an error signal by phase-comparing a difference signal between a receiving local- oscillation signal and a transmitting local-oscillation signal with a shift signal. CONSTITUTION:Transmitting local oscillation signal fTL of voltage control oscillator VCO31 and receiving local oscillation signal fRL of receiving local oscillator 25 are mixed by mixer 33 to generate signal fD=fTL-fRL of the difference frequency. Next, signal fD is phase-compared with shift signal fS of shift oscillator 34 by phase detector 35 and an error signal which corresponds to the phase difference is generated and applied as a control signal to VCO31 to change the phase of signal fTL. The phase synchronous circuit is composed of this loop and difference signal fD and shift signal fS become identical in frequency and in position with fTL=fRL+ fS. In other words, receiving signal f1 and signal fRL are mixed by frequency converter 24 to obtain intermediate-frequency signal fIF=f1-fRL, and signal fIF and signal fTL are mixed by frequency converter 30 to obtain transmitting signal fT=f1+fS.
