CONSTITUTION: Reference frequenc X0 of PLLSYN is oscillated in 10, and the frequency obtained by subjecting frequency X0 to 1/2 frequency division in fixed frequency divider 11 is subjected to m frequency division in fixed frequency divider 12, and the output is compared with the output of variable frequency divider 17 in phase by phase comparator 13. The output of comparator 13 passes through LPF 14 to control voltage control oscillator 15, and local oscillation frequency fVCO is outputted. Output of X0/2 of frequency divider 11 and output fVCO of oscillator 15 are mixed in DFF 16, and the output is inputted to frequency divider 16 to constitute the control loop of PLL.
