Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate initiation of cracks, imperfection of drainage and bad apperance of a solar heat collecting hot water device by employing a nondeformable construction.
CONSTITUTION: This hot water device is composed of water reservoirs 1 which stretch throughout the width at the upper and the lower end of apparatus and two or more heat collecting pipes 2 which are in communication to these two reservoirs 1, 1 and have a smaller section area than reservoir 1. The base of the container 3 which forms the abovementioned reservoirs and the heat collecting pipes, is flat forming bottoms not only for the reservoirs but also the heat collecting pipes. According to this construction, the solar energy can be fully absorbed by heat collector part and reserved in the reservoir efficiently. Therefore, even when the section area of the reservoir 1 is made larger than that of the heat collector part 2 for better circulation between the reservoirs 1 and the heat collecting pipes 2, the whole bottom area of the reservoirs 1 and the heat collector pipes 2 can be placed on the base, which assures no generation of creeping phenomenon in the pipe part 2 after a long period of use as well as secure prevention of the whole container 3 from deformation.
