Abstract

PURPOSE: To quickly contol stable response speed by detecting the instantaneous value of stator current and voltage and that of rotary speed and controlling the instantaneous value of stator current using the output selected at a magnetic flux operation circuit according to high and low speed.
CONSTITUTION: The instantaneous value of the stator current in the induction motor 2 and that of the stator voltage are converted into the d - q axis through the three to two phase conversion circuits 13 and 14 from the current detection circuit 5 and the voltage detection circuit 12, respectively, and input to the magnetic operation circuit 15. The instantaneous value of rotary speed is applied to these values from the rotary speed detector 31. The instantaneous value of the magnetic flux of both the first magnetic flux operation circuit with good accuracy at high speed in the magnetic flux operation circuit 15 and the second magnetic flux operation circuit with good accuracy at low speed is selected at the magnetic flux selection circuit according to the high and low speed and applied to the current reference value generation circuit 32 through the magnetic flux conversion circuit 29. The instantaneous value of rotary speed is compared with the roary speed command value 17 through the comparator 18 together with this value and input through the speed control circuit 19. The stator current reference value is output and the stator current is controlled through the two to three conversion circuit 24.
