Wristwatch timing fork resonator 15 with crystal cut selected for minimum temperature coefficient of frequency and with electrode pattern chosen for low dynamic impedance is bonded to matching quartz support 32 by conductive cement, connecting the under-electrodes (Fig. 6, not shown) to the metallized areas 18, 19 on the support, the upper electrodes being wired to terminals 22, 23.
