Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一つのシクロオレフィンコポリマーを含む発泡体であって、 前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーは、1以上の環状オレフィンから誘導される 重合単位を含む発泡体。 2.少なくとも一つのシクロオレフィンコポリマーを含む発泡体であって、前記 シクロオレフィンコポリマーは、 前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーの総質量を基準にして、0.1〜100重量 %の式I、II、III、IV、V又はVIに示される1以上の多環状オレフィ ンから誘導される重合単位と、 (式中、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7及びR8は、同一又は異なって、そ れぞれ、水素原子、直鎖若しくは分枝状の飽和若しくは不飽和のC1〜C20アル キル基、C6〜C18アリール基、C7〜C20アルキレンアリール基、環状若しくは 非環状C2〜C20アルケニル基、又は、飽和、不飽和、若しくは、芳香族環を形 成してもよく、ただし、I〜VIの種々の式中の同じ基R1〜R8は、異なった意 味を有していてもよい。 nは、0〜5の整数である。); 前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーの総質量を基準にして、0〜99.9重量% の式VIIに示される1以上の非環状オレフィンから誘導される重合単位と、 (式中、R9、R10、R11及びR12は、同一又は異なって、それぞれ、水素原子 、直鎖若しくは分枝状の飽和若しくは不飽和のC1〜C20炭化水素基、C6〜C18 アリール基である。); 前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーの総質量を基準にして、式VIIIに示され る1以上の単環状オレフィンから誘導される重合単位0〜99.9重量%と、 (式中、nは、2〜10の整数である。); を含む請求項1に記載の発泡体。 3.気体物質を含有することができる1以上の気孔を含む請求項1に記載の発泡 体。 4.少なくとも一つのシクロオレフィンコポリマーを含む発泡体であって、 前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーは、式I、II、III、IV、V又はVI に示される1以上の多環状オレフィンから誘導される重合単位20〜99重量% と、式VIIに示される非環状オレフィンから誘導される重合単位5〜80重量 %と、を含む請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の発泡体。 5.少なくとも一つのシクロオレフィンコポリマーを含む発泡体であって、 前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーは、式I又はIIIに示される多環状オレフ ィンから誘導することができる重合単位と、式VIIに示される非環状オレフィ ンから誘導することができる重合単位と、を含む請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の 発泡体。 6.少なくとも一つのシクロオレフィンコポリマーを含む発泡体であって、 前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーは、ノルボルネン及びエチレンから誘導する ことができる重合単位を含む請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の発泡体。 7.少なくとも一つの架橋されたシクロオレフィンコポリマーを含む請求項1〜 6の何れかに記載の発泡体。 8.前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーが50〜300℃、好ましくは70〜25 0℃のガラス転移温度を有する請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の発泡体。 9.前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーが50〜300cm3/g、好ましくは6 0〜200cm3/gの粘度数(viscosity number)を有する請求項1〜8の何れ かに記載の発泡体。 10.前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーが3000MPaより大きい引張E弾性 率を有する請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の発泡体。 11.前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーが、ガラス転移温度より低い30℃にて 、0.014より大きい、好ましくは0.016より大きい、機械損失因子tan δを有する請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の発泡体。 12.前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーが200℃より大きい融点を有する請求 項1〜9の何れかに記載の発泡体。 13.発泡が、0.01〜20重量%、好ましくは0.1〜10重量%の割合の 1以上の発泡剤で行われる請求項1〜12の何れかに記載の発泡体。 14.用いられる発泡剤が、分解、反応若しくは気化により気体を遊離する1以 上の液体物質又は固体物質、及び/又は1以上の気体である請求項1〜13の何 れかに記載の発泡体。 15.0.01〜20重量%、好ましくは0.1〜10重量%の割合の1以上の 核剤が発泡工程で用いられる請求項1〜14の何れかに記載の発泡体。 16.0.01〜80重量%、好ましくは、0.05〜20重量%の1以上の添 加剤が発泡工程で用いられる請求項1〜15の何れかに記載の発泡体。 17.前記シクロオレフィンコポリマーの一定の割合が、同一の割合の重量の異 種ポリマーで置き換えられていて、その割合が0〜90重量%であり、好ましく は0〜50重量%である請求項1〜16の何れかに記載の発泡体。 18.ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレンコポリマー又はポリエチレンのような少 なくとも一種のポリマーが前記異種ポリマーとして用いられる請求項17に記載 の発泡体。 19.少なくとも一つの発泡剤で少なくとも一つのシクロオレフィンコポリマー を発泡させる工程を含む、発泡体の製造方法。 20.プレート、フィルム、ホース、チューブ、棒状物、帯状物、及び、コンテ ナを製造するための発泡体の使用。 21.押出し成形部品、ブロー成形部品、射出成形部品、及び型で発泡された部 品を製造するための発泡体の使用。 22.予備発泡されたビーズ又は粒子から成形品を製造するための発泡体の使用 。 23.複合材料の成分としての発泡体の使用。 24.自動車、建築、運送、包装、及び絶縁部門における発泡体の使用。
