Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)多数の研摩剤粒子、 (b)前記多数の研摩剤粒子を接着する少なくとも1種の結合剤、 (c)アルカリ金属メタリン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属メタリン酸塩および IIIA族金属オルトリン酸塩からなる群から選択される無機リン酸塩、 を含有する研摩物品。 2.前記無機リン酸塩が前記結合剤に添加される請求項1記載の研摩物品。 3.無機リン酸塩がメタリン酸ナトリウムである請求項1記載の研摩物品。 4.接着剤により接着作用によって結合される多数の研摩剤粒子と、アルカリ 金属メタリン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属メタリン酸塩およびIIIA族金属オルト リン酸塩からなる群から選択される無機リン酸塩を含有する多数の粒子を含む周 辺コーティング層とを有する基材を備える被覆研摩物品。 5.多数の砥粒;アルカリ金属メタリン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属メタリン酸塩 およびIIIA族金属オルトリン酸塩からなる群から選択される無機リン酸塩を 含有する多数の粒子;結合剤;を含有する硬化された研摩剤スラリーコーティン グを有する被覆研摩物品。 6.前記硬化された研摩剤スラリーが、各々三次元形状を有する多数の複合物 を含む請求項5記載の被覆研摩物品。 7.(a)アルカリ金属メタリン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属メタリン酸塩および IIIA族金属オルトリン酸塩からなる群から選択される無機リン酸塩を含有す る多数の粒子と、(b)前記無機リン酸塩粒子を一体として接着する結合剤とを 含む侵食性研摩助剤凝集物。 8.(a)第1の結合剤樹脂前駆体を基板に塗布するステップと、 (b)多数の研摩剤粒子を前記第1の結合剤樹脂前駆体に少なくとも部分 的に埋め込むステップと、 (c)前記第1の結合剤樹脂前駆体を少なくとも部分的に硬化して、メイ クコートを形成するステップと、 (d)前記メイクコートおよび前記多数の研摩剤粒子の上に、第2の結合 剤樹脂前駆体およびアルカリ金属メタリン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属メタリン酸塩 およびIIIA族金属オルトリン酸塩からなる群から選択される無機リン酸塩を 塗布するステップと、 (e)前記第2の結合剤樹脂前駆体を硬化して、周辺コーティングを形成 し、前記第1の結合剤樹脂前駆体を完全に硬化するステップと を含む被覆研摩物品を製造するための方法。 9.(a)第1の結合剤樹脂前駆体を基板に塗布するステップと、 (b)多数の研摩剤粒子を前記第1の結合剤樹脂前駆体に少なくとも部分 的に埋め込むステップと、 (c)前記第1の結合剤樹脂前駆体を少なくとも部分的に硬化して、メイ クコートを形成するステップと、 (d)前記メイクコートおよび前記多数の研摩剤粒子の上に、第2の結合 剤樹脂前駆体を塗布するステップと、 (e)前記第2の結合剤樹脂前駆体を少なくとも部分的に硬化して、サイ ズコートを形成するステップと、 (f)前記サイズコートの上に、第3の結合剤樹脂前駆体とアルカリ金属 メタリン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属メタリン酸塩およびIIIA族金属オルトリン 酸塩からなる群から選択される無機リン酸塩を塗布するステップと、 (g)前記第3の結合剤樹脂前駆体を硬化して、周辺コーティングを形成 し、前記第1および第2の結合剤樹脂前駆体を完全に硬化するステップを含む被 覆研摩物品を製造するための方法。 10.結合剤で一体として接着された、多数の研磨剤粒子と、アルカリ金属メ タリン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属メタリン酸塩およびIIIA族金属オルトリン酸 塩からなる群から選択される無機リン酸塩を含有する、形作られた塊を含む結合 された研摩物品。
