Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも水硬化性イソシアネート官能化プレポリマー及び第1ならびに第 2触媒成分からなり、 前記第1触媒はプレポリマーへ化学的に結合しており、前記第2触媒は化学的 に結合していないことを特徴とする樹脂システム。 2.第1触媒が、プレポリマーに共有結合した請求項1記載の樹脂システム。 3.第1触媒成分が、イオン及び共有結合した触媒の混合物からなる請求項1記 載の樹脂システム。 4.第1触媒が、第三アミン触媒からなる請求項1記載の樹脂システム。 5.第三アミン触媒が、単一の化学種からなる請求項4記載の樹脂システム。 6.第1触媒が、樹脂システムに対して10重量%未満かつ少なくとも0.1重 量%である請求項1記載の樹脂システム。 7.第三アミン触媒が、 1−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ピロリジン、 1−メチルピペラジン、 1−メチル−2−ピペリジン メタノール、 1,4−ビス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)ピペラジン、 2[2−(ジメチルアミノ)エチル]メチルアミノエタノール、 グラミン、 3−モルホリノ−1,2−プロパンジオール、 1,4−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)ピペラジン、 トロピン、 3−アミノプロピルモルホリン、 4,2−ヒドロキシエチルモルホリン、 3,3−ジアミノ−N−メチル ジプロピルアミン、 1,4−ビス(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)−2−ピペラジン、 1−(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)イミダゾール、 3−ジメチルアミノプロパノール及び β−ヒドロキシ−4−モルホリンプロパン スルホン酸からなる群から選択さ れる請求項4記載の樹脂システム。 8.第2触媒が、水溶性であるが、プレポリマーに不溶性である請求項1記載の 樹脂システム。 9.第2触媒が、固体無機触媒である請求項1記載の樹脂シス テム。 10.第2触媒が、親水性被膜で被覆されてなる請求項1記載の樹脂システム。 11.第2触媒が、樹脂システムに対して10重量%未満かつ少なくとも0.1 重量%である請求項1記載の樹脂システム。 12.第1触媒及び第2触媒が、一緒になって樹脂システムに対して7.5重量 %以上からなる請求項1記載の樹脂システム。 13.第1触媒及び第2触媒が、それぞれ樹脂システムに対して2.5重量%か らなる請求項1記載の樹脂システム。 14.イソシアネート官能化プレポリマーが脂肪族イソシアネート官能化プレポ リマーである請求項1記載の樹脂システム。 15.請求項1記載の樹脂システムを保持する柔軟な基体からなる整形外科用副 木材。 16.樹脂システムが、充填剤、顔料、香料、界面活性剤、潤滑剤又はこれらの 組み合わせからなる添加剤を含有する請求項15記載の整形外科用副木材。 17.樹脂システムが柔軟な基体上に被覆されてなる請求項15記載の整形外科 用副木材。 18.樹脂システムが、副木材の30〜80重量%を構成する請求項15記載の 整形外科用副木材。 19.請求項15の副木材を湿らせ、体又はその一部の周りに湿った副木材を形 作り、プレポリマーを硬化させることにより副木材を硬化させることからなる体 の骨折の治療方法。 20.少なくとも水硬化可能なイソシアネート官能化プレポリマーからなり、 硬化反応が、一緒になって相乗効果を示す第1及び第2触媒によって触媒化さ れることを特徴とする樹脂システム。 21.整形外科用副木材としての請求項1記載の樹脂システムの用途。
