Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.表面にヒドロキシル基を有する無機製品に不粘着性および非湿潤性を与える 材料系であって、nが1−2であり、Xが加水分解性基である化学式RnSiX4 -n を有するシラン、コロイド状金属酸化物ゾル、および低級アルカノールを有す る酸性化水性混合物からなることを特徴とする材料系。 2.前記シラン中のRが、必要に応じて、部分的または全体的にフッ素原子によ り置換された、メチル基、エチル基、またはプロピル基であることを特徴とする 請求の範囲1記載の材料系。 3.前記シラン中の加水分解性基Xが、メトキシ基、エトキシ基およびクロロ基 からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の材料系。 4.前記シランがジエトキシジメチルシランであることを特徴とする請求の範囲 1記載の材料系。 5.前記コロイド状金属酸化物が、シリカ、チタニア、ジルコニアおよびアルミ ナからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の材料系。 6.前記金属酸化物がシリカであることを特徴とする請求の範囲5記載の材料系 。 7.前記無機製品が、ガラス製品またはガラスセラミック製品であることを特徴 とする請求の範囲1記載の材料系。 8.前記低級アルカノールがエタノールであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記 載の材料系。 9.表面にヒドロキシル基を有する無機製品に不粘着性および非湿潤性を与える 方法であって、コロイド状金属酸化物ゾルを、nが1−2であり、Xが加水分解 性基である化学式RnSiX4-nを有するシラン、および低級アルカノールの酸性 化水性混合物を混合し、この混合物のコーティングを無機製品の表面に施し、こ のコーティングを少なくとも100℃の温度で熱処理して、製品表面に硬質透明フ イルムを形成する各工程からなることを特徴とする方法。 10.前記混合物中に加熱した製品を浸漬することにより、該混合物を施す工程を 含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲9記載の方法。 11.前記コーティングを100−300℃の温度で熱処理する工程を含むことを特徴と する請求の範囲9記載の方法。 12.nが1−2であり、Xが加水分解性基である化学式RnSiX4-nを有し、そ の中にコロイド状金属酸化物粒子が分散されたシランの加水分解生成物からなる 、無機製品の保護コーティング。 13.nが1−2であり、Xが加水分解性基である化学式RnSiX4-nを有するシ ランの加水分解生成物、およびコロイド状金属酸化物から実質的になることを特 徴とするポリシロキサンフイルム。
