Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.二つの管板の間に保持された熱交換円管の束を備え、熱分解設備に後続する 板に設けた熱交換円管の開口を空けた耐腐食性で耐火性の被覆体が化学的に凝固 する突き固め材料で形成されていることを特徴とする円筒多管の熱交換機。 2.凝固した突き固め材料の被覆体の厚さは 10 〜 50 ,好ましくは 15 〜 30 mmであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の円筒多管の熱交換機。 3.突き固め材料を管板により良く付着させるため、この管板に蜂の巣状の板構 造体、あるいは好ましくはV,T,SまたはY型のアンカーを溶接することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の円筒多管の熱交換機。 4.突き固め材料の中には波形の鋼繊維が含まれていることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1〜3項の何れか1項に記載の円筒多管の熱交換機。 5.熱分解設備から到来する輸送導管の直径から入口側の管板の直径に拡大する 入口室が設けてあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜4項の何れか1項に記載 の円筒多管の熱交換機。 6.請求の範囲第1〜5項の何れか1項に記載の円筒多管の熱交換機内の管板に 被覆を施す方法において、 ・封止後に少なくとも取り付けるべき被覆体の層の厚さの高さまで突き出る栓 を用いて管板で保持されている熱交換円管を封止し、 ・突き固め材料を取り付け、 ・突き固め材料を機械的に圧縮し、 ・栓を除去し、そして、 ・場合によって、突き固め材料を焼き付ける、 ことを特徴とする方法。 7.突き固め材料を持ち込む前に、蜂の巣状の板構造体あるいはアンカーを管板 に溶接することを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 8.熱分解設備に後続する円筒多管の熱交換機の中で底板に被覆を施すため突き 固め材料を使用すること。
