Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur fugenlosen Beschichtung einer Rohrplatte in einem thermischen Crackanlagen nachgeschalteten Rohrbündel-Wärmeübertrager durchVerschließen der durch die Rohrplatte gehaltenen Wärmeaustauscherrohre mit Stopfen, die nach dem Verschließen mindestens in Höhe der Schichtdicke einer aufzubringenden Beschichtung überstehen,Aufbringen einer chemisch abbindenden Stampfmasse zum Beschichten der Rohrplatte,mechanisches Verdichten der Stampfmasse,Abbindenlassen der Stampfmasse,Entfernen der Stopfen undggfs. Einbrennen der Stampfmasse.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Aufbringen der Stampfmasse eine wabenförmige Blechkonstruktion oder Anker auf die Rohrplatte aufgeschweißt werden.
- Thermischen Crackanlagen nachgeschalteter Rohrbündel-Wärmeübertrager (RWÜ) mit einem zwischen zwei Rohrplatten gehaltenen Rohrbündel von Wärmeaustauscherrohren, und einer erosionsbeständigen feuerfesten, die Öffnungen der Wärmeaustauscherrohre freilassenden Beschichtung der eingangsseitigen Rohrplatte auf der dem anströmenden Gas zugewandten Seite, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung aus einer chemisch abbindenden Stampfmasse besteht, die nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 aufgebracht ist.
- Rohrbündel-Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung aus der abgebundenen Stampfmasse eine Dicke von 10 bis 50, vorzugsweise 15 bis 30 mm aufweist.
- Rohrbündel-Wärmeübertrager nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur besseren Haftung der Stampfmasse auf der Rohrplatte auf diese eine wabenförmige Blechkonstruktion oder Anker, vorzugsweise in V-, T-, S- oder Y-Form, aufgeschweißt sind.
- Rohrbündel-Wärmeübertrager nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Stampfmasse gewellte Stahlfasern enthalten sind.
- Rohrbündel-Wärmeübertrager nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine Eintrittskammer, die sich von dem Durchmesser der von der thermischen Crackanlage kommenden Transferleitung auf den Durchmesser der eingangsseitigen Rohrplatte erweitert.
- Verwendung einer chemisch abbindenden Stampfmasse zum Beschichten von Bodenplatten in thermischen Crackanlagen nachgeschalteten Rohrbündel-Wärmeübertragern gemäß Anspruch 3.
