Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ブレーキ作動装置によって回転可能なブレーキディスク2にかけられるよ うになっている摩擦部材9を有し、前記ブレーキ作動装置は、電気モータ3と、 このモータ3の動作に応答して摩擦部材9に軸線方向のブレーキ作動力を加える ようになっている伝達装置を備えた車の電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立体におい て、前記伝達装置は、円周方向に間隔を置いた場所で前記摩擦部材9に作用する ことを特徴とする電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立体。 2.伝達装置は、一対の円周方向に間隔を置いたねじ装置4,5を備え、この ねじ装置は、軸線方向の力を摩擦部材9に摩擦力を加えるために電気モータによ って同時に回転可能であり、この電気モータ3は、共通の歯車列6を介して前記 ねじ装置4,5に作用する請求項1に記載の電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立体。 3.前記歯車列は、一組の減速平歯車を有する請求項2に記載の電気作動ディ スクブレーキ組立体。 4.駆動入力を提供する電気モータ3はブレーキの質量のほぼ中心に配置され ている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立 体。 5.前記歯車列は、1つのモータ軸を有する1つの入力駆動部材から多数の出 力駆動部材に分かれるように配置されている請求項2ないし4のいずれか1項に 記載の電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立体。 6.前記モータからの駆動力は前記モータの一端から引き出される請求項1な いし5のいずれか1項に記載の電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立体。 7.前記モータの両端は、所定数の駆動部材の出力に必要な少なくとも1つの 入力を提供するように配置されている請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の 電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立体。 8.前記歯車列6は、摩擦部材9の後面に隣接して配置されている請求項2な いし7のいずれか1項に記載の電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立体。 9.前記歯車列6は、摩擦部材9から離れた所定の位置に配置されるようにな っている請求項2ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の電気作動ディスクブレーキ組 立体。 10.前記歯車は、合成プラスティック材料から製造されている請求項2ない し9のいずれか1項に記載の電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立体。 11.移動センサは、ねじの運動を支持する信号を提供する少なくとも1つの ねじ装置に作動可能に接続されている請求項2ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の 電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立体。 12.前記信号は、摩擦部材9の摩耗を指示する信号を提供するようになって いる請求項11に記載の電気作動ディスクブレーキ組立体。
