Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流れ経路高さ(h)に対する流れ経路幅(b)の比が10以上である平坦な 流れ経路の可変な制限境界のための装置にして、上記流れ経路(1)の少なくと も1つの壁がフレキシブルに形成され、流れ経路(1)の高さが全体で或いは一 部範囲で調整可能なように上記フレキシブルな壁の幅にわたって背後側に配置さ れたアジャスタ手段(7)を備える装置において、 上記フレキシブルな壁が平らに積み重なっているシングルシート(3〜5)か らなる重なり(2)から構成され、その際、上記シングルシートのうち注がれる 媒体が沿って流れるシングルシールが、流れ経路(1)と共に共通の壁を形成し 環状に取り囲んで絶対的に密に工具半体(28)に一体化される流れ経路シート (3)として構成されることを特徴とする装置。 2.上記流れ経路シート(3)が、工具半体(28)にねじ込められ、溶接固定 されまたは同様に密に結び込まれているフレーム(8)にて絶対的に密に結び込 まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.上記シングルシート(3〜5)が2mm以下、好ましくは1mm以下の厚み (d)を有することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 4.上記シート重なり(2)のシングルシート(4及び5)が少なくともその側 方縁部で、流れ経路(1)が結び込まれている工 具半体(28)と又はフレームと溶接されていることを特徴とする前記請求項の いずれか一項に記載の装置。 5.上記シート(3〜5)が移動していない状態でたわめられていることを特徴 とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 6.上記アジャスタ手段(7)がシート重なり(2)に摩擦係合で結合されてお り、シート重なり(2)のシングルシート(3〜5)が一列に溶接されているこ とを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 7.流れ経路高さ(h)に対する流れ経路幅(b)乃至流れ経路周囲長さの比が 10以上である平坦な流れ経路(1)の可変で絶対的に密な制限境界のための装 置において、 2つの独立のアジャスタ手段(13及び14)が上記装置の壁(2)に作用し 、その際、一方のアジャスタ手段(13)によって全幅にわたる壁(2)の一様 な調整が行われ、他方のアジャスタ手段(14)によって上記壁(2)が追加的 に幅に関し局部的に限定して変形可能であることを特徴とする装置。 8.上記流れ経路(1)の2つの壁(2c乃至2d)にそれぞれ2つの独立のア ジャスタ手段(13c乃至13d及び14c乃至14d)が作用し、その際、一 方のアジャスタ手段(13c乃至13d)によって全幅にわたる壁(2c乃至2 d)の調整がなされ、他方のアジャスタ手段(14c乃至14d)によって上記 壁(2c乃至2d)が幅に関し局部的に変形可能であることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の装置。 9.上記アジャスタ手段(14d)が摩擦係合的にフレキシブルな壁(2d)と 結合し、その結果、当該壁(2d)が引き戻し可能であることを特徴とする請求 項8に記載の装置。 10.物質が供給連結機械(17)、例えば押し出し機によって加圧下に平坦な 流れ経路を備えた工具(18)を通って運ばれ、物質が少なくとも1つの調整可 能な壁(2e)を有する出口間隙を介して上記工具(18)を通るようになった 物質路(16)の引き出しのための方法において、 上記壁(2e)の位置の範囲的な変更による物質引き出しの間に、第1の調整 システム(13e)によって流れ経路(1e)の高さ(h)がその全体で、上記 第1の調整システム(13e)とは独立した第2の調整システム(14e)によ って流れ経路(1e)の幅に関し範囲的に調整され、その結果、引き出しの期間 にわたり物質路(16)の厚み(y)がその全体で或いは局部的に所定の位置で のみ変えられることを特徴とする方法。 11.流れ経路(1e)の高さ(h)が物質引き出しの間に少なくとも工具(1 8)の1つの縁部領域で0mmにまで閉じられ、その結果、物質路(16)の幅 (z)が引き出しの間に時間的に変化することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の 方法。 12.流れ経路(1e)の高さ(h)が範囲的にそれぞれ第1調整システム(1 3e)によって調整された中間位置をめぐってほぼ2mmより大きく調整される ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 13.流れ経路高さ(h)が流れ経路(1e)の幅に関し、等しい流れ経路壁( 2e)に作用する少なくとも2つの互いに独立した調整システム(13e)と( 14e)によって制御乃至調節器具(19乃至20)を介して設定されたアルゴ リズムにしたがって制御され又は調整されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいず れか一項に記載の方法。
