Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 一方の端の切削歯先及び対向するシャンク端を備えた回転軸線を有する長 手方向のボデーを有するドリルビットにおいて、該ボデーは、該ボデーの外部表 面に形成された少なくとも1本の非対称のねじれ溝を有し、該ねじれ溝は、前記 切削歯先から前記シャンク端へ向かって伸長し、該ねじれ溝は、前記回転軸線に 垂直な断面において正のすくい角を有したリーディングエッジ及び負のすくい角 を有したトレーリングエッジにより画定されることを特徴とするドリルビット。 2. 前記ボデーは、該ボデーの外部表面に形成された複数の非対称の隔置され たねじれ溝を有し、該ねじれ溝の各々が前記切削歯先から前記シャンク端へ向か って伸長し、該ねじれ溝は、非対称であり且つ前記回転軸線に垂直な断面におい て正のすくい角を有したリーディングエッジ及び負のすくい角を有したトレーリ ングエッジにより画定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリルビット。 3. 前記切削歯先において、前記ビットボデー回転軸線に対して非対称な切れ 刃を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリルビット。 4. 前記切削歯先において、互いに非対称である切削面を有し、該切削面は、 互いに交差して、前記ビット回転軸線に対して非対称な交差線を形成することを 特徴とする請求項2に記載のドリルビット。 5. 回転軸線と、一方の端の切削歯先と、対向するシャンク端とを有する長手 方向のボデーから形成されたドリルビットにおいて、該ボデーは、該ボデーの外 部表面に形成された少なくとも2本のねじれ溝を有し、該各ねじれ溝は、前記切 削歯先から前記シャンク端へ向かって伸長し、前記ねじれ溝は、前記回転軸線に 垂直な断面において互いに対して対称であり、前記切削歯先が各々他方に対して 非対称である複数の平らな切削面により画定され、該切削面は、交差して複数の 切れ刃を形成し、各切れ刃は、各他の切れ刃に対して非対称であることを特徴と するドリルビット。
