Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固体支持体を使用する、サンプル中の検体を検出するため分析機中のアッセ イ前プロセッサーであって、 各自サンプルを保持するのに適した複数の反応容器を支持する処理カルーセ ルと、 各自サンプルを保持するのに適した複数の反応容器を支持する、前記処理カ ルーセルと同心状に配置されたインキュベーションカルーセルと、 前記カルーセルの一つに隣接して配置され、前記固体支持体を前記反応容器 の中味から分離するための手段と、反応容器の中味を洗浄するための手段と、そ して反応容器の中味を混合するための手段を有している静止処理ステーションと 、 反応容器の各自を隣接するあらかじめ定めた処理ステーションの位置へ配置 するように反復態様で前記処理カルーセルが駆動される、各カルーセルを他のカ ルーセルと独立に回転させる駆動手段と、 反応容器を前記カルーセル間で移動し、それによりインキュベーションカル ーセル上のすべての反応容器のインキュベーションを処理カルーセル上のサンプ ル処理を中断することなく許容することにより処理時間を改善するための移行手 段 を備えているプロセッサー。 2.処理ステーションは、処理カルーセルがその反応容器を分離および次に洗浄 ステップの反復シーケンスに配置することを許容するあらかじめ定めた順序に配 置されている請求項1のプロセッサ ー。 3.反応容器反復シーケンスは分離、洗浄および混合である請求項1のプロセッ サー。 4.反応容器シーケンスは、1回目、2回目、3回目および4回目洗浄サイクル を許容し、各洗浄サイクルは分離、洗浄および混合のシーケンスを提供する請求 項2のプロセッサー。 5.処理カルーセルのための駆動手段は、各処理ステーションにおいて容器を同 じ固定量の時間の間配置するように作動する請求項1のプロセッサー。 6.処理ステーションの少なくとも一つは活動機能を実施しない請求項1のプロ セッサー。 7.処理カルーセルは、処理ステーションとインキュベーションカルーセルの放 射方向中間にある請求項1のプロセッサー。 8.処理ステーションは処理カルーセルの放射方向内側にある請求項7のプロセ ッサー。 9.処理ステーションの数は15であり、そして駆動手段は与えられた反応容器 を最初6そして次に7の処理ステーションの反復シーケンスに配置するように処 理カルーセルを回転する請求項1のプロセッサー。 10.処理ステーションのタイプは類似の機能を有するグループに物理的に密集し ている請求項9のプロセッサー。 11.処理ステーションは、移行手段、活動機能なし、分離、分離、分離、分離、 分離、混合、混合、洗浄、洗浄、分離、分離、分離および分離の順序に配置され ている請求項10のプロセッサー。 12.サンプルは最初インキュベーションカルーセル上の反応容器へ導入される請 求項11のプロセッサー。 13.処理カルーセルおよびインキュベーションカルーセルを使用する、サンプル 中の検体を検出するための不均質アッセイのための、固体支持体を有するサンプ ルをアッセイ前処理する方法であって、 (a)前記インキュベーションカルーセル上のサンプルへ前記固体支持体を 含む標識試薬を添加し、それにより標識サンプル検体−支持体複合体を形成する ステップ、 (b)サンプルおよび試薬を処理カルーセルへ移すステップ、 (c)固体支持体をサンプルおよび試薬の少なくとも一部分から分離するス テップ、 (d)固体支持体を洗浄するステップ、 (e)固体支持体を洗浄緩衝液と混合するステップ、 (f)固体支持体と緩衝液をインキュベーションカルーセルへ移すステップ 、 (g)検体を検出するステップ を含んでいる方法。 14.インキュベーションカルーセルへ移すステップはサンプルをインキュベーシ ョンするステップを含み、そして請求項13の方法はインキュベートした固体支 持体を処理カルーセルへ移し戻すことを含んでいる請求項13の方法。 15.ステップ(c),(d)および(e)を反復することを含んでいる請求項1 3の方法。
