Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金から成る表面層を、少なくとも有す る複数部材から熱交換器を形成する方法において、 該方法は、その少なくとも1つが管状である複数の部材(10)を形成し、そ れらの部材を組立てて一体に鑞接する工程を包含し、 前記管状部材は、薄板を彎曲させて、その反対両側縁部分(10a)が互いに 重なり合う関係になるようにして該重合部分間の間隙(12)が前記管状部材に 沿って延在するように形成され、 前記方法が、更に、 前記管状部材に対し、前記間隙の露出端(12a)に沿って鑞接フラックスの 粒子を含むビードを付与する工程と、 前記ビードの頂部に接着剤(16)を付与する工程とを含み、 前記液体接着剤は、乾燥して固形残留物を残し、該固形残留物が前記部材に接 着して所定位置に前記フラックスを保持するとともに、加熱によって除去可能で あり、また 前記管状部材は、鑞接時に方向づけされ、もって鑞接の際に溶融する前記フラ ックスが前記間隙(12)内に流入して前記重合部分(10a)の間に鑞接結合 部分が形成されることを特徴とする熱交換器の形成方法。 2.ビード(14)が、加熱によって多量の残留物を残さずに除去できる溶剤 中に粒子を含有するペーストであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された熱交 換器の形成方法。 3.前記ペーストが15〜20重量%の溶剤を含有することを特徴とする請求 項2に記載された熱交換器の形成方法。 4.管状部材の前記重合部分(10a)が部材(10)の内部へ向かって互い に平行に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一 項に記載された熱交換器の形成方法。 5.前記間隙の前記露出端(12a)が前記ビード(14)を受入れる溝(1 3)の底部に位置するように、前記薄板が彎曲加工されることを特徴とする請求 項4に記載された熱交換器の形成方法。 6.前記ビード(14)が溶加材共晶合金または溶加材近共晶合金をも含有す ることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された熱交 換器の形成方法。 7.前記ビード(14)が少なくとも部分的にフラックスで被覆された共晶合 金または近共晶合金を含有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載された熱交換器 の形成方法。 8.前記ビード(14)と前記液体接着剤が同一溶剤を含有することを特徴と する請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載された熱交換器の形成方法 。 9.前記ビード(14)を付与した後であって前記液体接着剤(16)を付与 する前または後において、追加の鑞接フラックス含有粒子(15)が乾燥状態で 管状部材(10)に付与されて他の部材との鑞接結合の形成に使用され、該追加 の鑞接フラックス含有粒子は液体接着剤により前記管状部材に固定されることを 特徴とする請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載された熱交換器の形 成方法。 10.前記追加の鑞接フラックス含有粒子(15)の少なくとも一部が少なくと も部分的にフラックスで被覆された溶加材共晶合金または溶加材近共晶合金を含 むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載された熱交換器の形成方法。
