Abstract
Se describe un método para la formacion de un intercambiador de calor a partir de componentes de aluminio o aleacion de aluminio. El método comprende la formacion de los componentes, por lo menos uno de los cuales es tubular (10), montaje de los componentes y soldadura de los componentes conjuntamente. El componente tubular (10) se forma mediante el doblez de una hoja que trae a las porciones (10a) de borde opuestas de la hoja en relacion de superposicion entre sí, el espacio (12) entre las porciones de superposicion se extiende a lo largo del componente. Un cordon (14) que contiene partículas de fundente alcalino de soldadura en un disolvente, se aplica al componente tubular (10) a lo largo del extremo opuesto (12a) del espacio y un agente adhesivo (16) se aplica encima del cordon (14) de tal manera que el material de fundente alcalino es encapsulado. Durante la soldadura, el componente tubular (10) es orientado de tal manera que el fundente alcalino fluye al espacio (12) y permite que una junta soldada sea formada entre las porciones de superposicion (10a).
