Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.動物や植物も含みどんなタイプのもの、又は対象物でもマーキングして、 その後で確認するために用いられる多層化微粒子を製造するためのプロセスにお いて、 − 望ましいタイプのマーキング層が望ましい順序で積層されるまで、ウエ ブ状又はシート状の基材上に各マーキング層を液体状態で連続して塗布し、各層 を乾燥又は硬化してから次の層を塗布するステップと、 − 基材を層の積層から分離するステップと、 − 一連のマーキング層の一体性に影響を及ぼすことなく積層を多層化微粒 子に破砕するステップとで構成され、個々のマーキング層が印刷工程で用いられ ることを特徴とするプロセス。 2.印刷工程として文字プレス印刷工程が用いられることを特徴とする請求項 1によるプロセス。 3.印刷工程として輪転グラビア印刷工程が用いられることを特徴とする請求 項1によるプロセス。 4.印刷工程として平台印刷工程用いられることを特徴とする請求項1による プロセス。 5.印刷工程としてスクリーン印刷工程が用いられることを特徴とする請求項 1によるプロセス。 6.各マーキング層が液状ではなくペースト状で塗布されることを特徴とする 前記請求項の1つによるプロセス。 7.各マーキング層がチキソトロープ状で塗布されること を特徴とする請求項6によるプロセス。 8.耐熱性着色体を添加されたガラス粉末又はエナメル粉末がマーキング層の 基質物質として用いられ、そして、塗布する前にこの基質物質を転化ラッカ又は 印刷オイルを加えることによってペースト状態に変えられることを特徴とする請 求項6または7によるプロセス。 9.各マーキング層がブロンジング工程によって、液状ではなく粉末状で、乾 燥状態で塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1によるプロセス。 10.耐熱性着色体が添加されたガラス粉末又はエナメル粉末がマーキング層用 基質物質として用いられことを特徴とする請求項9によるプロセス。 11.個々のマーキング層がスプレイ塗装工程によって塗布されることを特徴と する請求項1によるプロセス。 12.個々のマーキング層がロール/コーティング工程によって塗布されること を特徴とする請求項1によるプロセス。 13.基材として紙が用いられることを特徴とする前記請求項1ないし12のいず れか1項によるプロセス。 14.その内部で上記基材が軟化又は分解される液浴内で積層から分離されるこ とを特徴とする請求項13によるプロセス。 15.基材から分離された積層が、破砕前に乾燥、硬化、又は焼成固化されるこ とを特徴とする請求項14によるプロ セス。
