Claims (10)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Microparticella multistrato (4) comprendente: - almeno un primo strato (5) comprendente un primo fluoroforo (51), - almeno un secondo strato (6) a contatto con il primo strato (5), e - almeno un terzo strato (7) a contatto con il secondo strato (6) e comprendente un secondo fluoroforo (71), dove - il primo fluoroforo (51) e il secondo fluoroforo (71) sono diversi, e - il primo strato (5) e il terzo strato (7) non sono a contatto l’uno con l’altro. 2. Microparticella multistrato (4) secondo la rivendicazione 1 comprendente inoltre: - almeno un quarto strato (8) a contatto con il terzo strato (7), e - almeno un quinto strato (9) a contatto con il quarto strato (8) e comprendente un terzo fluoroforo (91), dove - il terzo fluoroforo (91) è diverso dal secondo fluoroforo (71) e dal primo fluoroforo (51), e - il terzo strato (7) e il quinto strato (9) non sono a contatto l’uno con l’altro. 3. Microparticella multistrato (4) secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, avente dimensioni da 0,5 µm a 2 µm. 4. Microparticella multistrato (4) secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti, in cui ciascuno strato comprende esteri e ammidi dell’acido acrilico oppure dell’acido metacrilico oppure vinilici o allilici opzionalmente sostituiti. 5. Microparticella multistrato (4) secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni precedenti, comprendente una molecola fissata alla superficie dello strato più esterno e selezionata dal gruppo costituito da un anticorpo, un antigene, un enzima, una sonda nucleotidica, un peptide, e un peptidomimetico. 6. Microparticella multistrato (4) secondo la rivendicazione 5, in cui la molecola è fissata mediante un legame ammidico tra la molecola e la superficie dello strato più esterno. 7. Microparticella multistrato (4) secondo la rivendicazione 5 o 6, in cui la molecola fissata è una prima sonda (1) di acido nucleico da 10 a 14 basi, all’estremità 5’ della quale è legato almeno un quarto fluoroforo (11) avente lunghezza d’onda di eccitazione diversa dalla lunghezza d’onda di emissione del primo, secondo e terzo fluoroforo (51, 71, 91). 8. Microparticella multistrato (4) secondo la rivendicazione 7, comprendente inoltre almeno una seconda sonda (2) di acido nucleico da 35 a 50 basi, la seconda sonda (2) comprendendo, dall’estremità 5’ all’estremità 3’: - un primo segmento (21) di sequenza nucleotidica complementare alla prima sonda di acido nucleico (1), - almeno un quencher (23) per il quarto fluoroforo (11), e - un secondo segmento (22) di sequenza nucleotidica complementare ad almeno parte di una sequenza nucleotidica bersaglio (3). 9. Microparticella multistrato (4) secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 6 a 8 per uso nel rivelare una sequenza nucleotidica bersaglio (3) a singolo filamento di lunghezza da 15 a 100 basi. 10. Microparticella multistrato (4) secondo la rivendicazione 9 in cui la sequenza nucleotidica bersaglio (3) è da 20 a 40 basi. TITLE: MULTILAYER MICROPARTICLE COMPRISING FLUOROPHORES 1. A multilayer microparticle (4) comprising: - at least one first layer (5) comprising a first fluorophore (51), - at least one second layer (6) in contact with the first layer (5), and - at least one third layer (7) in contact with the second layer (6) and comprising a second fluorophore (71), where: - the first fluorophore (51) and the second fluorophore (71) are different, and - the first layer (5) and the third layer (7) are not in contact one with the other.
  2. 2. The multilayer microparticle (4) according to claim 1, further comprising: - at least one fourth layer (8) in contact with the third layer (7), and - at least one fifth layer (9) in contact with the fourth layer (8) and comprising a third fluorophore (91), where: - the third fluorophore (91) is different from the second fluorophore (71) and from the first fluorophore (51), and - the third layer (7) and the fifth layer (9) are not in contact one with the other.
  3. 3. The multilayer microparticle (4) according to claim 1 or 2, having a size from 0.5 µm to 2 µm.
  4. 4. The multilayer microparticle (4) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein each layer comprises esters and amides of acrylic acid or of methacrylic acid or vinyls or allyls, which are optionally substituted.
  5. 5. The multilayer microparticle (4) according to any of the preceding claims, comprising a molecule fixed to the surface of the outermost layer and selected from the group consisting of an antibody, an antigen, an enzyme, a nucleotide probe, a peptide, and a peptidomimetic.
  6. 6. The multilayer microparticle (4) according to claim 5, wherein the molecule is fixed by means of an amide bond between the molecule and the surface of the outermost layer.
  7. 7. The multilayer microparticle (4) according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the fixed molecule is a first nucleic acid probe (1) from 10 to 14 bases, at the 5’ end of which at least one fourth fluorophore is bound (11) having an excitation wave length other than the emission wave length of the first, second and third fluorophore (51, 71, 91).
  8. 8. The multilayer microparticle (4) according to claim 7, also comprising at least one second nucleic acid probe (2) from 35 to 50 bases, the second probe (2) comprising, from the 5’ end to the 3’ end: - a first nucleic acid segment (21) complementary to the first nucleic acid probe (1), - at least one quencher (23) for the fourth fluorophore (11), and - a second nucleotide sequence segment (22) complementary to at least part of a target nucleotide sequence (3).
  9. 9. The multilayer microparticle (4) according to any of claims from 6 to 8 for use in detecting a single strand target nucleotide sequence (3) having a length from 15 to 100 bases.
  10. 10. The multilayer microparticle (4) according to claim 9, wherein the target nucleotide sequence (3) is from 20 to 40 bases.
