Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.延伸膨張ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)膜、及びその延伸膨張PTFE 膜に結合した延伸膨張を行わない多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)の 層からなるポリテトラフルオロエチレンから実質的に形成された多孔質複合材料 。 2.延伸膨張を行わない多孔質PTFEの層が、焼成PTFEの網状構造である請求項 1に記載の材料。 3.延伸膨張を行わない多孔質PTFEの層が、相互に接続された粒子の多孔質の 一体的網状構造を形成するように一緒に融合された、粒状タイプのPTFEを含むPT FE粒子から形成された焼成多孔質PTFEである請求項1又は2に記載の材料。 4.粒状タイプのPTFEが、フッ化有機ポリマーのコモノマーの包含によって改 質された請求項3に記載の材料。 5.焼成された延伸膨張を行わない多孔質PTFE層が、融合してその網状構造を 形成した粒状タイプのPTFE粒子と未焼成のファインパウダーPTFEからなる請求項 3に記載の材料。 6.未焼成のファインパウダーPTFEが、ヘキサフルオロプロピレンコモノマー の包含によって改質された請求項5に記載の材料。 7.焼成された延伸膨張を行わない多孔質PTFE層が、融合してその網状構造を 形成した粒状タイプのPTFE粒子と熱可塑性フッ化有機ポリマー粒子からなる請求 項4に記載の材料。 8.熱可塑性フッ化有機ポリマーが、フッ化エチレン−プロピレンコポリマー 、又はテトラフルオロエチレンとペルフルオロプロピルビルニエーテルのコポリ マーである請求項7に記載の材料。 9.焼成された延伸膨張を行わない多孔質PTFE層が、融合してその網状構造を 形成した粒状タイプのPTFE粒子と低分子量の放射線照 射されたPTFE粒子からなる請求項3に記載の材料。 10.焼成多孔質PTFEの層が、延伸膨張PTFE膜の上に形成され、それに一体的に 結合した請求項2又は3に記載の材料。 11.延伸膨張PTFE膜が50〜500μmの厚さを有し、延伸膨張を行わない多孔質PT FEの層が50〜1500μmの厚さを有する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の材料 。 12.延伸膨張PTFE膜の気孔率が50〜95%である請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に 記載の材料。 13.延伸膨張PTFE膜が繊維に形成され、布帛に織られた請求項1〜12のいずれ か1項に記載の材料。 14.延伸膨張を行わない多孔質PTFE層の密度が0.6〜1.5g/cm3である請求項1 〜13のいずれか1項に記載の材料。 15.請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質複合材料を備えたコピー機用 のオイル移動構成部分。 16.請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の多孔質複合材料を備えガス又は液体 の濾過用フィルター。 17.延伸膨張PTFE膜を提供し、その延伸膨張PTFE膜に結合した焼成多孔質PTFE 層をその上に形成することを含む方法であって、その焼成多孔質PTFEは、相互に 接続された粒子の多孔質の一体的網状構造を形成するように一緒に融合された粒 状タイプのPTFEを含むPTFE粒子から形成された多孔質複合材料の製造方法。 18.焼成多孔質PTFEの層が、粒状タイプのPTFE粒子を含む液体分散系で延伸膨 張PTFE膜をコーティングし、多孔質の一体的網状構造を形成するように高温で加 熱することによって形成される請求項17に記載の方法。 19.液体分散系が、(1)未焼成のファインパウダーPTFE、(2)熱可塑性フッ 化有機ポリマー、(3)低分子量のPTFE、及び(4)それら の混合物から選択された粒子をさらに含む請求項18に記載の方法。 20.コーティングが、延伸膨張PTFE膜の上に液体分散系をスプレーすることに よって得られる請求項18又は19に記載の方法。 21.焼成多孔質PTFE層の作成の際に、収縮又は伸びを防ぐように延伸膨張PTFE 膜が支持される請求項17〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
