- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一対の回転部材を包含する車両駆動装置において対になった回転部材の回転 連結を制御する際に使用するための制御弁であって、弁要素と、加圧作動流体が 選択的に流れて対の回転部材の連結を制御するポートとを包含し、このポートが 主通路とこの主通路と連通する流出通路とを包含し、細長い弁要素がポートの主 通路に対して隔たった状態で装着する一部分と、ポートの主通路から隔たった開 放位置と、弁要素がポートの主通路を閉じるが、加圧作動流体が流出通路を通っ て流出するのを許す閉鎖位置との間で移動できる末端とを有し、弁要素の次の開 放位置への移動の際に流出通路がポートの両方の通路を流れる流体によって清掃 され、弁体が細長い弁要素の前記一部分が装着される一部分と、ポートの主通路 が弁体を貫通している端とを有する細長い取付けくぼみを有し、弁要素が前記一 部分と前記末端との間でほぼ扁平であり、くぼみの深さが前記一部分のところよ りもその端のところでより深くなっていて、その間が傾斜していることを特徴と する制御弁。 2.請求の範囲第1項記載の制御弁において、弁要素が使用時の温度変化に順応 するバイメタル・ストリップからなることを特徴とする制御弁。 3.請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の制御弁において、弁体がポートの主 通路を構成すると共に、ポートの流出通路も構成していることを特徴とする制御 弁。 4.請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の制御弁において、弁体がポートの主 通路を構成し、弁要素の末端がポートの流出通路を構成していることを特徴とす る制御弁。 5.請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の制御弁において、細長い弁要素が真 っすぐな形状、湾曲した形状からなるグループから選んだ形状を有することを特 徴とする制御弁。 6.請求の範囲第1項に記載の制御弁において、くぼみが、その一端と前記一部 分との間に斜面を与える湾曲面を有することを特徴とする制御弁。 7.請求の範囲第6項に記載の制御弁において、さらに、使用のために弁体を固 着するコネクタを包含することを特徴とする制御弁。 8.請求の範囲第7項に記載の制御弁において、コネクタが接着剤、少なくとも 1つの機械的ファスナからなるグループから選んだものであることを特徴とする 制御弁。 9.請求の範囲第7項に記載の制御弁において、弁体がプラスチック射出成形体 であることを特徴とする制御弁。 10.請求の範囲第7項に記載の制御弁において、くぼみがその一端と前記一部分 との間に傾斜を与える湾曲面を有することを特徴とする制御弁。 11.請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の制御弁において、弁体が両端と、こ れらの端の間に延びる湾曲中間部とを包含する湾曲した形状の細長い取付けくぼ みを有し、弁要素がほぼ扁平であり、一対の対向した端と、これらの端の間に延 在し、くぼみの湾曲中間部でくぼみ内に装着される湾曲中間部とを有し、最初に 述べたポートと同じ構造の別のポートが設けてあり、各ポートの主通路がくぼみ の対応した端で弁体を貫いて延びており、くぼみの深さが中間部よりも各端のと ころでより深くなっており、各端からその中間部に向かって傾斜していることを 特徴とする制御弁。 12.請求の範囲第11項に記載の制御弁において、くぼみがその各端とその中間 部の間に傾斜を与える湾曲面を有することを特徴とする制御弁。 13.請求の範囲第11項に記載の制御弁において、さらに、弁体を使用のために 固着するコネクタを包含することを特徴とする制御弁。 14.請求の範囲第13項に記載の制御弁において、コネクタが、接着剤、少なく とも1つの機械的なファスナからなるグループから選んだものであることを特徴 とする制御弁。 15.請求の範囲第13項に記載の制御弁において、弁体がプラスチック射出成形 体であることを特徴とする制御弁。 16.請求の範囲第13項に記載の制御弁において、くぼみがその一端と前記一部 分との間に傾斜を与える湾曲面を有することを特徴とする制御弁。
