Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ヒトの血管から異常沈着物を取り除くためのカテーテルであり、カテーテル の前端部(12a)に配置された切断具を備えており、そして該切断具は駆動装 置(20)の回転駆動機構(20a)により回転させられ得る回転子(16)を 有し、そして取り除かれた沈着物を排出するための管状鞘(22)を備えている カテーテルであって、 前記切断具は固定子部分(14a)を持つ固定子(14)を有し、そして切断 エッジ(14d,16d)は固定子部分(14a)上と回転子(16)上に配置 されていて剪断作動で相互作用することを特徴とすることを特徴とするカテーテ ル。 2.固定子部分(14a)と回転子(16)は少なくとも切断エッジ(14d, 16d)の領域内において少なくともおおよそ円箇状であり、回転子(16)は 外側回転子として固定子部分(14a)を包囲し、そして切断エッジ(14d, 16d)は回転子(16)の及び固定子部分(14a)の円周表面内に配置され ていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のカテーテル。 3.剪断スロット(14b,14c;16b,16c)が固定子部分(14a) の及び回転子(16)の円周表面上に配置され、前記剪断スロットの縁部は切断 エッジ(14d,16d)として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載 のカテーテル。 4.固定子部分(14a)と回転子(16)は各々の場合において、円周方向に 互いに180°隔てられている二つの剪断スロット(14b,14c;16b, 16c)を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載のカテーテル。 5.切断エッジ(14d,16d)は少なくともおおよそ軸方向に伸長している ことを特徴とする前出の請求項のうちの一つに記載のカテーテル。 6.少なくとも一つの切断エッジ(14d)は円筒表面に対して軸方向に波状構 造で伸長していることを特徴とする前出の請求項のうちの一つに記載のカテーテ ル。 7.回転子(16)の切断エッジ(16d)はナイフエッジであることを特徴と する請求項2ないし6のうちの何れか一つに記載のカテーテル。 8.回転子(16)は該回転子の先端(16a)の方向に少なくとも部分的にテ ーパを付けられていることを特徴とする前出の請求項のうちの一つに記載のカテ ーテル。 9.回転子(16)は該回転子の先端にルーズで且つ固体の沈着物、例えば血栓 を破砕するための手段(16e,16f,16g,16h,16i)を有するこ とを特徴とする請求項8記載のカテーテル。 10.前面(16g)と、互いに対向して位置する二つの隣接する面取りされた 表面(16e,16f)を含み、そして前記前面(16g)は、円周上に、角状 に前方に伸長する突起(16h,16i)を有することを特徴とする請求項9記 載のカテーテル。 11.固定子(14)及び/又は回転子(16)は金属製であることを特徴とす る前出の請求項のうちの一つに記載のカテーテル。 12.可撓性駆動軸(32)の内側に、ガイドワイヤ(24)が、好ましくはカ テーテルと独立して、前記カテーテル(12)の内部を通って伸長していること を特徴とする前出の請求項のうちの一つに記載のカテーテル。 13.固定子(14)は、回転と引っ張りに関して固定されるように、カテーテ ル管として役立つ管状の鞘(22)に接続されていることを特徴とする前出の請 求項のうちの一つに記載のカテーテル。 14.固定子(14)は、該固定子がほぼその長手軸の回りを行きつ戻りつ回転 する又は旋回し得るように取り付けられていることを特徴とする前出の請求項の うちの一つに記載のカテーテル。 15.固定子(14)の旋回角は、少なくとも360°の切除角が切断具(14 d,16d)によりカバーされる程大きいことを特徴とする請求項14記載のカ テーテル。 16.固定子(14)又は管状の鞘(22)は旋回駆動機構(20b)に接続さ れており、該旋回駆動機構の出力速度は回転駆動機構(20a)の出力速度より も充分遅いことを特徴とする請求項14又は15記載のカテーテル。 17.スリーブ状の固定子(14)は該固定子の円周表 面内で、管状の鞘(22)に隣接する端部に、前記鞘(22)を固定するための 少なくとも1個の孔(14e)を持ち、前記鞘(22)はプラスチック製であり 、且つ回転と引っ張りに関して固定されるように前記固定子(14)に押圧固定 されていることを特徴とする請求項13ないし16のうちの何れか一つに記載の カテーテル。 18.回転子(16)は管状の鞘(22)に取り付けられた可撓性駆動軸(32 )の前端部(32a)に接続されており、前記可撓性駆動軸(32)の後端部は 回転駆動機構(20a)に接続され得ることを特徴とする前出の請求項のうちの 一つに記載のカテーテル。 19.可撓性駆動軸(32)はコンベヤウォーム又はコンベヤスクリュ(32) として設計され、且つ駆動状態において、破砕された沈着物を駆動機構(20) の方向に搬送するように螺旋状に巻かれていることを特徴とする請求項18記載 のカテーテル。 20.ガイドワイヤ(24)が、コンベヤウォーム又はコンベヤスクリュとして 設計された可撓性駆動軸(32)を通って同軸的に伸長していることを特徴とす る請求項19記載のカテーテル。 21.固定子部分(44a)と回転子(46)は少なくとも切断エッジ(44d ,46d)の領域内において少なくともおおよそ円箇状であり、回転子(46) は少なくとも切断エッジ(44d,46d)の領域内において固定子部分(44 e)の内側に配置されており、そして 切断エッジ(44d,46d)は固定子部分(44a)の回転子(46)の円周 表面内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のカテーテル。 22.回転子(46)は該回転子の先端にルーズで且つ固体の沈着物、例えば血 栓を破砕するための手段を有することを特徴とする請求項21記載のカテーテル 。 23.前面と、互いに対向して位置する二つの隣接する面取りされた表面を含み 、そして前記前面は、円周上に、角状に前方に伸長する突起を有することを特徴 とする請求項22記載のカテーテル。
