Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.無段階の巻き掛け伝動装置(10)の第1及び第2の油圧式円すい円板軸方 向調節機構内の圧力油圧力を変速比に関連して変化させるための油圧式非常制御 装置であって,ポンプ(1)が少なくとも,第2の軸方向調節機構のピストン室 (17)に供給し,少なくとも1つの後方に接続された圧力制限弁(40)がそ の箇所の油圧を制限し,更に前記ポンプが,前記供給のための導管から絞り作用 のない方向制御弁(20)を介して第1の軸方向調節機構のピストン室(13) に供給し,その際絞り作用のない方向制御弁(20)は,ポンプ(1)の後方に 配置されかつ切り替え弁(30)内に内蔵されている絞り弁(39)の圧力落差 によって制御される形式のものにおいて,切り替え弁(30′,30″,30″ ′),絞り作用のない方向制御弁(20′,20″)及び圧力制限弁(40′, 40″,40″′)が,その都度,複数の前制御弁(120,120′),(1 40,140′),(160,160′)及び又は(170,170′)のうち の少なくとも1つを介して,当該の制御される弁に配置されている機械的及び又 は油圧式の操作部の作用に抗して,油圧で制御されるようにしたことを特徴とす る,油圧式非常制御装置。 2.個々の前制御弁(120,120′),(140,140′),(160, 160′)及び又は(170,170′)から別個の制御導管(126,146 ,166及び又は176)を経て来る前制御油が,切り替え弁(30′,30″ ,30″′)の,大きさを異ならせることのできる別個の制御面(33b,33 a,33c及び又は33d)に導かれるようにしたことを特徴とする,請求項1 記載の油圧式非常制御装置。 3.外部制御油が,圧力制限弁(40′,40″,40″′)の,制御導管ごと に別個の,大きさを異ならせることのできる制御面(43a,43b及び又は4 3c)に導かれるようにしたことを特徴とする,請求項1記載の油圧式非常制御 装置。 4.前制御弁(120,120′),(140,140′),(160,160 ′)及び又は(170,170′)のうちの少なくとも2つが切り替え弁(30 ′,30″,30″′)を一緒に制御するようにしたことを特徴とする,請求項 1記載の油圧式非常制御装置。 5.前制御弁によって制御される圧力が,圧力制限弁(40′,40″,40″ ′)及び(50)の間の作 業導管(106)から取り出されることを特徴とする,請求項1記載の油圧式非 常制御弁。 6.前制御弁(120),(140),(160)及び(170)が,電気的に かつ油圧で操作される絞り作用のない3ポート2位置方向制御弁であり,これら の3ポート2位置方向制御弁のその都度ただ1つの作業接続部が,その都度ただ 1つの,その都度の電気的操作素子と向き合っている固有の制御接続部と油圧接 続されていることを特徴とする,請求項1記載の油圧式非常制御装置。 7.前制御弁(120′),(140′),(160′)及び(170′)が, 電気的にかつ油圧で操作され,ばねで戻される絞り作用のない3ポート2位置方 向制御弁であり,これらの3ポート2位置方向制御弁のその都度ただ1つの作業 接続部が,その都度ただ1つの,その都度の戻しばねと向き合っている固有の制 御接続部と油圧接続されていることを特徴とする,請求項1記載の油圧式非常制 御装置。 8.戻しばね(21)及び(31)のばね力が調整可能であることを特徴とする ,請求項1記載の油圧式非常制御装置。 9.圧力制限弁(40′)の戻しばね(41)のばね力が調整可能であることを 特徴とする,請求項1記載の油圧式非常制御装置。
