Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の共通端子(2)、第2の共通端子(4)、第1の接続端子(6)、第 2の接続端子(8)、及び出力端子(26)と、 第1の抵抗(12)、並びにベース及び前記第1の接続端子(6)と端子2 の共通端子(4)との間に直列に接続したコレクターエミッタ通路を有する第1 のトランジスタ(34)と、 前記第1の共通端子(2)と第2の接続端子(8)との間に接続した第2の 抵抗(16)と、 前記第2の接続端子(8)と第2の共通端子(4)との間に接続したコレク ターエミッタ通路及び前記第1のトランジスタ(34)のベースに結合したベー スを有するダイオード接続したダイオード2のトランジスタ(14)と、 前記第1の共通端子(2)と第1の接続端子(6)との間に接続した第3の 抵抗(30)と、 前記第1の共通端子(2)と出力端子(26)との間に接続した第4の抵抗 (58)と、 ベース、エミッタ及びコレクタを有し、これらが第1の接続端子(6)、第 2の共通端子(4)及び出力端子(26)にそれぞれ結合されている第3のトラ ンジスタとを具える基準電圧源において、さらに、ベース、エミッタ及びコレク タを有する第4のトランジスタ(80)を具え、前記第3のトランジスタ(70 )が前記第4のトランジスタ(80)のエミッタに結合したベースを有し、第4 のトランジスタ(80)が接続第1の接続端子(6)に接続したベースを有し、 第4のトランジスタ(80)が前記出力端子(26)に接続したコレクタを有す ることを特徴とする基準電圧源。 2.請求項1に記載の基準電圧源において、前記第4のトランジスタ(80)が 、電流伝導素子(82)を介して前記第2の共通端子(4)に結合したエミッタ を有することを特徴とする基準電圧源。 3.請求項2に記載の基準電圧源において、前記電流伝導素子(82)が、前記 第4のトランジスタ(80)のエミッタと第2の共通端子(4)との間に接続 したコレクターエミッタ通路を有するとと共に前記第2のトランジスタ(36) のベースに接続したベースを有する第5のトランジスタ(84)を具えることを 特徴とする基準電圧源。
