Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両用の油圧駆動装置であって、 回転可能な駆動シャフトを備える原動機と、 調整可能な車両制御部材と、 作動油の貯蔵量を維持する貯蔵部と、 作動回路にして、 各々が車両の少なくとも1つの車輪に駆動可能に接続されるとともに、第1及 び第2流体ポートを備える複数の流体モータ、 前記モータの各々の前記第1流体ポートに流体的に接続されるとともに、主作 動圧力ラインを備える第1作動導管系、 前記モータの各々の前記第2流体ポートに流体的に接続されるとともに、前記 作動回路内で共通の補助作動圧力ラインに終端する第2作動導管系、及び 複数の前記モータと前記主及び補助作動圧力ラインの少なくとも一方との間に 挿入配置され、作動位置で、該モータの少なくとも1つと該主及び補助作動圧力 ラインの少なくとも一方との間に流体流通を確立し、隔離位置で、複数の該モー タと該主及び補助作動圧力ラインの少なくとも一方との間の流体流通を遮断する モータ制御弁手段、 を備えた作動回路と、 加圧回路にして、 前記原動機の前記駆動シャフトに駆動可能に接続され、前記貯蔵部に流体流通 する入口と、出口とを有するポンプ、 前記ポンプの前記出口に流体流通するアキュムレータ、 前記アキュムレータに流体流通するとともに、該アキュムレータの下流に位置 する終端部分を備える主圧力供給ライン、及び 前記アキュムレータの下流の前記主圧力供給ラインに配置され、前記調整可能 な車両調整部材に連結されて、該調整可能な車両調整部材の選択的移動によって 再位置決めされるようになっている調整可能な流量制御弁、 を備えた加圧回路と、 前記主圧力供給ライン、前記主作動圧力ライン、前記補助作動圧力ライン及び 前記貯蔵部の間に接続され、前記作動回路と前記加圧回路との間の作動油の流れ を制御する流れ方向制御弁手段と、 前記作動及び隔離位置の間で前記モータ制御弁をシフトする手段と、 を具備した油圧駆動装置。 2.前記貯蔵部と前記複数のモータのそれぞれ1つとの間に挿入配置される逆止 弁ユニットを更に具備した請求項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。 3.前記流れ方向制御弁手段は多位置弁からなり、該多位置弁が、前記主圧力供 給ラインを前記主作動圧力ラインに接続するとともに前記補助作動圧力ラインを 前記貯蔵部に接続する第1位置と、前記作動回路を前記主圧力供給ラインから隔 離する第2位置と、前記補助圧力供給ラインと前記主作動圧力ラインとを相互接 続するとともに、該主作動ラインと該貯蔵部とを流体的に接続する第3位置とを 備える請求項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。 4.前記流れ方向制御弁手段を位置決めするようになっている運転者が制御可能 なシフトレバーを更に具備した請求項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。 5.前記シフト手段は、前記調整可能な流量制御弁の下流の動作圧力を検出する 第1の感圧リレーを備える請求項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。 6.前記主圧力供給ラインの動作圧力を検出する第2の感圧リレーと、前記原動 機の動作速度を制御する調整ユニットとを更に具備し、該調整ユニットが該第2 の感圧リレーユニットによって検出された圧力に応答する請求項1に記載の油圧 駆動装置。 7.前記加圧回路は、前記貯蔵部と前記流れ方向制御弁手段との間に接続される 戻しラインと、該戻しラインに配置される流れ再指向弁と、前記主圧力供給ライ ンと該流れ再指向弁との間に接続される補助圧力供給ラインとを更に備える請求 項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。 8.前記加圧回路は、前記ポンプと前記アキュムレータとの間で前記加圧回路の 一部分と前記貯蔵部とを直接接続するバイパスループと、該バイパスループに配 置され、該バイパスループを通る作動油の流れを選択的に許可するとともに該バ イパスループを通る作動油の該流れを阻止するように変位可能なバイパス弁とを 更に備える請求項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。 9.作動中の前記複数のモータの所要個数を選択的かつ積極的に維持する運転者 制御式の装置オーバライド手段を更に具備した請求項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。 10.前記複数の流体モータは、前記第1及び第2の作動導管に関して互いに並列 に配置される請求項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。 11.前記複数の流体モータの少なくとも2つは共通出力シャフトに駆動可能に接 続され、該共通出力シャフトが車両の少なくとも1つの車輪に駆動可能に接続さ れる請求項10に記載の油圧駆動装置。 12.前記複数の流体モータの第1の組は、駆動力を車両の前輪組に伝達するのに 用いられる第1共通出力シャフトに駆動可能に接続され、前記複数の流体モータ の第2の組は、駆動力を車両の後輪組に伝達するのに用いられる第2共通出力シ ャフトに駆動可能に接続さ れる請求項11に記載の油圧駆動装置。 13.前記複数の流体モータの1組は、車両の所定の車輪に個別に駆動可能に接続 される請求項11に記載の油圧駆動装置。 14.車両用の油圧駆動装置であって、 複数の車輪駆動用流体モータと、 車両駆動に使用される前記複数の流体モータの個数を制御するモータ制御弁手 段と、 回転可能な駆動シャフトを備える原動機と、 前記原動機の動作速度を制御するようになっている調整ユニットと、 作動油源を収容する貯蔵部と、 前記作動油源と前記複数の流体モータに通じる加圧回路とに流体流通するポン プと、 前記ポンプと前記複数の流体モータとの間で前記加圧回路に挿入配置される流 量制御弁と、 前記ポンプと前記流量制御弁との間で前記加圧回路における利用可能な作動油 の量に関連して前記油圧駆動装置の第1の動作状態を検出するとともに、前記原 動機の動作速度を制御すべく前記調整ユニットに信号を送る第1のリレーユニッ トと、 前記流量制御弁を通って前記複数の流体モータに至る作動油の流れに関連して 前記油圧駆動装置の第2の動作状態を検出するとともに、車両駆動に使用される 該複数の流体モータの個数を制御すべく前記モータ制御弁手段に該第2の動作状 態の信号を送る第2のリレーユニットと、 を具備した油圧駆動装置。 15.前記ポンプと前記流量制御弁との間で前記加圧回路に挿入配置され、加圧作 動油の貯蔵量を貯蔵するアキュムレータを更に具備し た請求項14に記載の油圧駆動装置。 16.手動調整可能な車両制御部材を更に具備し、該車両制御部材は前記流量制御 弁に連結され、該流量制御弁が該車両制御部材の移動に応じて変位される請求項 15に記載の油圧駆動装置。 17.各々が前記モータ制御弁手段と前記複数の流体モータの各1個との間のライ ンに挿入配置されて該ラインと前記貯蔵部とを接続する複数の一方向逆止弁を更 に具備し、該逆止弁の各々は、該貯蔵部から該ラインへの流れを許容する一方で 該ライン内から該貯蔵部への直接の流れを阻止する請求項16に記載の油圧駆動装 置。 18.車両の車輪駆動用の複数の流体モータによって駆動される車両の操作方法で あって、 作動圧力を生成する原動機によってポンプを駆動し、 生成された作動圧力の流れを第1運転レンジで前記複数の流体モータの各々に 供給し、 車両の駆動に使用される前記複数の流体モータの個数を連続的に減少すること によって、複数の更に高い運転レンジへ漸進的にシフトし、 前記複数の流体モータの内の1つのモータだけが車両を駆動するときに最高の 運転レンジに至らせる、 ことを有した車両操作方法。 19.作動圧力が所定許容圧力範囲内にあるときは、前記原動機を遊転させること により作動圧力のみに基づいて該原動機の動作速度を制御し、作動圧力が該所定 許容圧力範囲外にあるときは、該原動機の動作間隔を所定の高速度まで上昇させ ることを更に有した請求項18に記載の車両操作方法。 20.車輪駆動用の複数の流体モータによって駆動される車両の操作方法であって 、 原動機によりポンプを駆動して、前記複数の流体モータに通じる流体ラインへ の作動圧力の出力流れを生成し、 前記ポンプと前記複数の流体モータとの間で前記流体ラインに調整可能な流量 制御弁を設け、 前記ポンプと前記流量制御弁との間で前記流体ラインの第1圧力を感知し、 前記調整可能な流量制御弁と前記複数の流体モータとの間で前記流体ラインの 第2圧力を感知し、 感知された前記第1圧力に基づいて前記原動機の動作速度を制御し、 感知された前記第2圧力に基づいて、車両の駆動に使用される前記複数の流体 モータの個数を制御する、 ことを有した車両操作方法。
