Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.調理表面の下にコイル構造を備えた誘導加熱式調理器の該調理表面におい て、コイル構造の上面と調理容器の底との間で測定した該調理表面の厚さが0. 05mm〜3mmであり、望ましくは0.2〜2.5mmであることを特徴とす る調理表面。 2.少なくとも調理領域の縁部まで連続的に該コイル構造を全面的に覆って延 びていることを特徴とする請求項1の調理表面。 3.該上層がコイル構造よりは大きいが限られた面積を持ち、着脱可能である が取り付け時には周囲の調理表面と同一面になることを特徴とする請求項1の調 理表面。 4.厚さ範囲0.05〜0.2mmの場合には、該上層の材質がアルミナのよ うなプラズマ溶射された硬質セラミックスであり、任意にポリテトレフロルエチ レンを含浸されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3の調理表面。 5.厚さ範囲0.2〜2mmの場合には、該上層の材質がガラス繊維強化材料 であって、任意に硬化されたポリテトラフロルエチレンを任意に含浸されている ことを特徴とする請求項2または3の調理表面。 6.厚さ範囲1.00〜3.00mmの場合、該上層の材質がガラスセラミッ クスまたはガラス材料であることを特徴とする請求項2または3の調理表面。 7.該上層の材質が有機変成されたセラミックス材料であることを特徴とする 請求項1の調理表面。 8.該上層が可逆性熱可変性顔料を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1の 調理表面。 9.個々の伝達器コイルの上方に交換可能な上層のための浅い井 戸部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の調理表面。 10.単一または複数個の伝達器コイル構造がポリマー構造体中に埋め込まれ ており、該ポリマー構造体は下面側が区分けされ、平坦な上面側が各伝達器コイ ル上方の交換可能な上層のための浅い井戸部を備えていることを特徴とする請求 項1から3の調理表面。 11.該伝達器コイルが自立性軽合金構造体内に嵌め込まれ、該軽合金構造体 は平坦な上面側が各伝達器コイル上方の交換可能な上層のための浅い井戸部を備 えていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の調理表面。 12.該調理表面は、保護層と、この保護層から上方に向いた多数の突起とか ら成り、該突起の高さが該調理表面の厚さを規定することを特徴とする請求項1 から7のいずれかの調理表面。
