Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関用の燃料噴射装置であって、少なくとも1つの吸気管と少なくと も1つの燃料噴射弁とを備えており、該燃料噴射弁が、プラスチック射出成形部 (25)によって取り囲まれている形式のものにおいて、 前記プラスチック射出成形部(25)と同じプラスチック射出成形部(25) が、少なくとも1つの燃料噴射弁(1)のための燃料供給通路(30)も取り囲 んでいて、少なくとも1つの吸気管(3)の壁部が、前記プラスチック射出成形 部(25)から一体的に突き出ていることを特徴とする、燃料噴射装置。 2.プラスチック射出成形部(25)が、固定舌片(37)を有しており、該 固定舌片(37)で、燃料噴射装置が内燃機関のシリンダヘッドに固定可能であ って、前記固定舌片(37)で少なくとも1つの吸気管(3)が終わっている、 請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。 3.少なくとも2つの燃料噴射弁(1)が設けられていて、これらの燃料噴射 弁(1)にそれぞれ1つの吸気管(3)が配属されていて、各吸気管(3)が別 の吸気管(3)から離れて構成されている、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射装置 。 4.少なくとも2つの燃料噴射弁(1)の弁縦軸線 (29)に対して横方向に燃料供給通路(30)が延びており、該燃料供給通路 (30)が、この燃料供給通路(30)を取り囲むプラスチックによって燃料分 配装置(28)を形成しており、該燃料分配装置(28)が、燃料噴射弁(1) のプラスチック射出成形部(25)から直接突き出ている、請求項3記載の燃料 噴射装置。 5.各燃料噴射弁(1)が、電気的な接触を得るために、プラスチック射出成 形部(25)と一体的に構成された接続プラグ(26)を有している、請求項1 記載の燃料噴射装置。 6.燃料噴射弁(1)が、接触レール(41)の電気導線(43)と接続され ていて、電気導線(43)を介して、燃料噴射弁(1)の電気的な接触が得られ るようになっていて、接触レール(41)が同様にプラスチック射出成形部(2 5)から一体的に突き出ていて、センタリングプラグ(42)で終わっている、 請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。 7.電気導線(43)が、燃料分配装置(28)内に組み込まれている、請求 項6記載の燃料噴射装置。 8.少なくとも1つの燃料噴射弁(1)が、燃料インレットスリーブ及び内極 として使用されるコア(6)を有していて、該コア(6)が、燃料供給通路(3 0)に向けられた、燃料噴射弁(1)の流入側の端部を形成しており、コア(6 )がその外周部で、プラス チック射出成形部(25)によって取り囲まれた、環状に延びるリブ(32)を 有している、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。 9.燃料噴射弁(1)の流出側の端部を形成する、燃料噴射弁(1)の吸気管 (3)に向けられた領域(24)が、プラスチックによって直接取り囲まれてお らず、吸気管(3)の側方開口(33)内に達している、請求項1記載の燃料噴 射装置。
