Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.デジタル移動通信システムにおいて高速データ転送を行う方法であって、無 線インターフェイスに割り当てられた多数の並列なサブチャンネルを有する非透 過的データ接続を確立し、その数は特定の最大転送容量により決定され;変化す るユーザデータレートでターミナルインターフェイスからユーザデータを受信し ;受信したデータフレームを正しく確認しそして欠陥データフレームを再送信す る通信プロトコルを使用することにより非透過的データ接続を経てユーザデータ をデータフレームにおいて送信し;送信されるべきデータフレームを送信バッフ ァにバッファし;そして送信されたデータフレームを、考えられる再送信のため に、受信端から確認が受け取られるまで送信バッファに記憶するという段階を備 えた方法において、 ターミナルインターフェイスにおける実際のユーザデータレートを決定し; 最小数のサブチャンネルを決定し、この数は、実際のユーザデータレートに より決定され; 上記最小数のサブチャンネルに数値が対応する特定のサブチャンネルのみを 経てユーザデータをデータフレームにおいて送信し; 接続に割り当てられた各過剰サブチャンネルにおいて送信を中断するか又は 不連続送信をアクチベートし; 送信バッファの充満レベルを監視し; 送信バッファの充満レベルが第1のスレッシュホールド値に達した場合に上 記過剰サブチャンネルの少なくとも1つにおいて送信を継続するか又は不連続送 信をデアクチベートし;そして 送信バッファの充満レベルが第2のスレッシュホールドレベルに減少した場 合に上記過剰サブチャンネルの少なくとも1つにおいて送信を中断するか又は不 連続送信を再アクチベートする; という段階を更に備えたことを特徴とする方法。 2.サブチャンネルの最小数を決定し、この数は、実際のユーザデータレートに より決定され; 上記サブチャンネルの最小数に少なくとも等しい数の特定のサブチャンネル を経てユーザデータをデータフレームにおいて送信し;そして 送信バッファの充満レベルに基づいて上記割り当てられたサブチャンネルの 数を動的に変更する; という段階を備えた請求項1に記載の方法。 3.特定のサブチャンネルの数の上記動的な変更は、 送信バッファの充満レベルが第1のスレッシュホールド値に到達した場合に は上記少なくとも1つの他のサブチャンネルにおいて送信を継続するか又は不連 続送信をデアクチベートし;そして 送信バッファの充満レベルが第2のスレッシュホールド値に減少した場合に は上記少なくとも1つの他のサブチャンネルにおいて送信を中断するか又は不連 続送信を再アクチベートする; という段階を含む請求項2に記載の方法。 4.上記サブチャンネルの最小数が、データ接続に割り当てられたサブチャンネ ルの数に一致する場合には、割り当てられた全てのサブチャンネルを経てユーザ データを送信するという段階を備えた請求項1、2又は3に記載の方法。 5.送信バッファ(63)を有する送信者(MS,TAF)と、受信者(IWF)と、これら2つ の当事者間のマルチチャンネル非透過的回路交換データ接続であって、無線イン ターフェイスに割り当てられた並列なサブチャンネルを有し、その割り当てられ たサブチャンネルの数が特定の最大転送容量により決定されるようなマルチチャ ンネルデータ接続と、このデータ接続を経てデータフレームにおいてデータを転 送し、正しく受け取られたデータフレームを確認すると共に、受け取られた欠陥 データフレームを再送信する通信プロトコル(RLP)とを備え、上記送信バッファ は、送信されるべきデータフレームをバッファし、そして首尾良い受信の確認を 受け取るまで送信したデータフレームを記憶するようなデジタル移動通信システ ムにおいて、 上記送信者(MS)は、実際のユーザデータレートと、送信バッファの充満レベ ルとを監視するように構成され、そして 上記送信者(MS)は、上記実際のユーザデータレートと、バッファの充満レベ ルとに基づいて数が決まるところの特定の割り当てられたサブチャンネルを経 て、ユーザデータをデータフレームにおいて送信し、そして他の考えられる割り 当てられたサブチャンネルにおいて送信を中断するか又は不連続送信をアクチベ ートするように構成されたことを特徴とするデジタル移動通信システム。 6.上記送信者は、移動ステーション(MS)のターミナルアダプタ(TAF)でありそ して上記受信者は、移動通信ネットワークのネットワークアダプタ(IWF)である 請求項5に記載のシステム。 7.上記送信者は、移動通信ネットワークのネットワークアダプタ(IWF)であり 、そして上記受信者は、移動ステーション(MS)のターミナルアダプタ(TAF)であ る請求項5に記載のシステム。
