Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式I で表され、式中 L、Mがそれぞれ水素、C1−C6アルキル、C2−C6アルケニル、C2−C6ア ルキニル、C1−C4アルコキシを意味し、これら各基は非置換であっても、1− 5個のハロゲン原子またはC1−C4アルコキシ基により置換されていてもよく、 またはそれぞれハロゲン、シアノ、ニトロ、−(Y)n−S(O)mR7で表され る基または−(Y)n−CO−R8で表される基を意味し、 Zが酸素、硫黄および窒素から選択される1〜3個のヘテロ原子を有し、非置 換であっても、ハロゲン、シアノ、ニトロ、−CO−R8、C1−C4アルキル、 C1−C4ハロアルキル、C3−C8シクロアルキル、C1−C4アルコキシ、C1− C4ハロアルコキシ、C1−C4アルキルチオ、C1−C4ハロアルキルチオ、ジ− C1−C4アルキルアミノにより置換されてもよい、または非置換またはハロゲン 、シアノ、ニトロ、C1−C4アルキルまたはC1−C4ハロアルキルによって置換 されているフェニルによって置換されてもよい、または互変異性状態のヒドロキ シル基として存在可能なオキソ基によって置換されてもよい、または非置換また はハロゲン、シアノ、ニトロ、C1−C4アルキルまたはC1−C4ハロアルキルに より置換された縮合フェニル環と共に、または縮合炭素環と共に、または非置換 またはハロゲン、シアノ、ニトロ、C1−C4アルキル、ジ−C1−C4アルキルア ミノ、C1−C4アルコキシ、C1−C4ハロアルコキシまたはC1−C4ハロアルキ ルにより置換された縮合した第二の複素環と共に二環化合物を形成する、5員ま たは6員の複素環式飽和または不飽和基を意味し、 YがOまたはNR9を意味し、 nが0または1であり、 mが0、1または2であり、 R7がC1−C4アルキル、C1−C4ハロアルキルまたはNR9R10を意味し、 R8がC1−C4アルキル、C1−C4ハロアルキル、C1−C4アルコキシまたは NR9R10を意味し、 R9が水素またはC1−C4アルキルを意味し、 R10がC1−C4アルキルを意味し、 Qが2位に結合し、式II で表され、式中 R1、R2、R4およびR6がそれぞれ水素またはC1−C4アルキルを、 R5が水素、C1−C4アルキルまたは−COOR10で示される基を、 R3が水素、または1−3個のハロゲン、C1−C4アルキルチオおよびC1−C4 アルコキシを有しても良いC1−C4アルキルまたはC3−C6シクロアルキルを 、または R3がテトラヒドロピラン−3−イル、テトラヒドロピラン−4−イル、また はテトラヒドロチオピラン−3−イルをそれぞれ意味するか、もしくは R3とR5が合体して結合または3員から6員までの炭素環基を形成する、シク ロヘキサン−1,3−ジオン環を意味することを特徴とする、ベンゾイル誘導体 、または化合物Iの農業上使用可能な塩。 2.式Ia で表され、式中LがC1−C6アルキル、C2−C6アルケニル、C2−C6アルキニ ル、C1−C4アルコキシ、C1−C4アルキルチオ、C1−C4ハロアルキル、C1 −C4ハロアルコキシ、C1−C4ハロアルキルチオ、C1−C4アルキルスルホニ ル、ハロゲン、ニトロまたはシアノを意味し、Mが水素、C1−C6アルキル、C2 −C6アルケニル、C2−C6アルキニル、C1−C4アルコキシ、C1−C4アルキ ルチオ、C1−C4ハロアルキル、C1−C4ハロアルコキシ、C1−C4ハロアルキ ルチオ、C1−C4アルキルスルホニル、ハロゲン、ニトロまたはシアノを意味し 、QおよびZが請求項1で定義した意味を有することを特徴とするベンゾイル誘 導体。 3.式Ib で表され、式中L、MがそれぞれC1−C6アルキル、C2−C6アルケニル、C2 −C6アルキニル、C1−C4アルコキシ、C1−C4アルキルチオ、C1−C4ハロ アルキル、C1−C4ハロアルコキシ、C1−C4ハロアルキルチオ、C1−C4アル キルスルホニル、ハロゲン、ニトロまたはシアノを意味し、QおよびZが請求項 1に記載した意味を有することを特徴とするベンゾイル誘導体。 4.LおよびMが、それぞれ水素、メチル、メトキシ、メチルチオ、塩素、シア ノ、メチルスルホニル、ニトロまたはトリフルオロメチルを意味することを特 徴とする、請求項1に記載の式Iのベンゾイル誘導体。 5.式II で表される特定の出発物質を、式III で表され、式中Tがハロゲンを意味し、L、MおよびZが請求項1に記載した意 味を有する安息香酸誘導体と反応させ、得られたアシル化生成物を触媒の存在下 に転移反応させて化合物Iを得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の式Iの化 合物の製造法。 6.請求項1に記載の式Iで示される少なくとも1種類のベンゾイル誘導体と、 慣用の不活性添加剤とを含有することを特徴とする除草剤。 7.請求項1に記載の式Iで示されるベンゾイル誘導体の除草有効量を植物また はその生長圏に作用させることを特徴とする、望ましくない草木の防除方法。 8.式III で表され、式中 Tがハロゲン、OH、またはC1−C4アルコキシを、 L、M、Zが請求項1に記載の意味を有することを特徴とする安息香酸誘導体 。 9.式IIIa で表され式中 Tが塩素、OHまたはC1−C4アルコキシを、 LがC1−C6アルキル、C2−C6アルケニル、C2−C6アルキニル、C1−C4 アルコキシ、C1−C4アルキルチオ、C1−C4ハロアルキル、C1−C4ハロアル コキシ、C1−C4ハロアルキルチオ、C1−C4アルキルスルホニル、ハロゲン、 ニトロ、シアノを、 MがC1−C6アルキル、C2−C6アルケニル、C2−C6アルキニル、C1−C4 アルコキシ、C1−C4アルキルチオ、C1−C4ハロアルキル、C1−C4ハロアル コキシ、C1−C4ハロアルキルチオ、C1−C4アルキルスルホニル、ハロゲン、 ニトロまたはシアノを意味し、 Zが請求項1に記載の意味を有することを特徴とするベンゾイル誘導体。 10.式IIIb で表され、式中 Tが塩素、OHまたはC1−C4アルコキシを、 LおよびMがそれぞれC1−C6アルキル、C2−C6アルケニル、C2−C6アル キニル、C1−C4アルコキシ、C1−C4アルキルチオ、C1−C4ハロアルキル、 C1−C4ハロアルコキシ、C1−C4ハロアルキルチオ、C1−C4アルキルスルホ ニル、ハロゲン、ニトロまたはシアノを、 Zが請求項1に記載の意味を有することを特徴とするベンゾイル誘導体。 11.Zが酸素、硫黄および窒素から選択される1〜3個のヘテロ原子を有し、 非置換またはハロゲン、シアノ、ニトロ、C1−C4アルキル、C1−C4ハロアル キル、C3−C8シクロアルキル、C1−C4アルコキシ、C1−C4ハロアルコキシ 、C1−C4アルキルチオ、C1−C4ハロアルキルチオ、ジ−C1−C4アルキルア ミノにより置換された、または非置換またはハロゲン、シアノ、ニトロ、C1− C4アルキルまたはC1−C4ハロアルキルにより置換されたフェニルによって置 換された、5員または6員ヘテロ芳香族構造、または非置換またはハロゲン、シ アノ、ニトロ、C1−C4アルキル、C1−C4ハロアルキルにより置換された、5 員または6員環を有するベンゾ縮合ヘテロ芳香族構造を意味し、 L、MおよびQが請求項1に記載の意味を有することを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の式Iのベンゾイル誘導体。
