Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.バルブ本体および該バルブ本体の内部に存在する一体となった中央のハ ブ、 該バルブ本体の内部にあってその中を再循環流体が通るバイパス通路、 該バルブ本体の中にある入口、 該バルブ本体の中にある主出口、 該バルブ本体の中に再循環出口、 該入口と該主出口との間で流体の流れに応答する主バルブ要素、 該入口と該再循環出口の間で再循環流を調節するために該主バルブ要素の運動 に応答するバイパスバルブ要素、 該ハブを貫通しており、中を通って再循環流が該バイパス通路へと流れるバイ パスバルブの心棒、 該中央のハブの内部において該バルブの心棒を取り囲んで固定されているシャ フトの案内のブッシュ、 該シャフトの案内のブッシュの内部にあり、該バルブの心棒から再循環流が流 れ込み、且つ出口開口部を有する室、 第1および第2の開いた端の部分を有し、その間に流体による連絡がなされて いる中空の一般的に円筒形のバイパスアダプターから成り、 該バイパスアダプターは該再循環出口に固定され、該アダプターの第1の端の 部分は該シャフトの案内のブッシュの出口開口部およびその第2の端の部分と該 再循環出口の所で流体による連絡がなされていることを特徴とする流体の流れを 感知し再循環流体の流れを与える自動再循環バルブ。 2.該バイパスアダプターの該第1に端の部分は該案内のブッシュ の出口を取り囲み、それに対して密封されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載 の自動再循環バルブ。 3.該バイパスアダプターの第2の端の部分の内部には羽根が備えられ、再 循環流体が再循環出口を出る際それに渦巻き運動を賦与することを特徴とする請 求項2記載の自動再循環バルブ。 4.該羽根は螺旋状であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の自動再循環バル ブ。 5.該シャフトの案内のブッシュの室の出口開口部は該再循環出口に面して いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動再循環バルブ。 6.該バイパスアダプターは該シャフトの案内のブッシュの出口から該再循 環出口へと延びていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の自動再循環バルブ。 7.該シャフトの案内のブッシュはそれぞれ該入口および該主出口に面した 相対する端の部分を有し、また 該相対する端の部分の所に壁部材を有し、これによって流体が該相対する端の 部分を通って該シャフトの案内のブッシュ室へ流れ込みまたそこから流れ出すの が防がれていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の自動再循環バルブ。 8.該相対する壁部材は該バイパスバルブの運動を規定するために該バイパ スバルブのシャフトを取り囲んでいるブッシュ面を備えていることを特徴とする 請求項7記載の自動再循環バルブ。 9.該バイパスアダプターの該第1の端の部分は該案内のブッシュの出口を 取り囲み、それに対して密封されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の自動再 循環バルブ。 10.該バイパスアダプターの第2の端の部分の内部に羽根が備えられ、再循 環流体が再循環出口を出る際それに渦巻き運動を賦与することを特徴とする請求 項9記載の自動再循環バルブ。 11.該羽根は螺旋状であることを特徴とする請求項10記載の自動再循環バ ルブ。
