Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.改善された擬似向流移動床吸着システムを用いて、フィードの混合物中の 相対的に吸着されにくい成分から選択的に吸着される成分を吸着分離する方法で あって、 (1)選択的に吸着される成分Aおよび相対的に吸着されにくい成分Bを含む フィードを吸着ゾーンIに供給して、そこで、フィードは吸着剤と向流で接触し 、該吸着剤はフィード中の成分Aを選択的に吸着して成分Bに富むラフィネート を生成する工程、 (2)選択的に吸着された成分Aおよび脱着剤の混合物を含むストリームの一 部分を工程(1)の後で精製ゾーンIIにおいて吸着物と接触させて、該吸着剤の ポア内の工程(1)にて吸着された相対的に吸着されにくい成分Bを追い出して 、吸着剤のポア内の成分Aを精製する工程、 (3)工程(2)の後、脱着ゾーンIIIにおいて脱着剤と吸着物と接触させて 、吸着剤のポアから選択的に吸着された成分Aを脱着して、蒸留後に高純度製品 Aとなる成分Aに富むエクストラクトを得る工程、 (4)緩衝ゾーンIVにおいて脱着剤ストリームの流量をコントロールして、 ラフィネートが脱着ゾーンに混入してエクストラクトを汚染するのを防止する工 程、 (5)ストリーム切り替えデバイスの類を用いて吸着システムの上述の4つの ゾーンを周期的に移動させて、流入および流出ストリームをリサイクルし、切り 替えの間、吸着床につながるライン中の残留物を流し出す吸着剤に富むフラッシ ュストリームを使用し、第1フラッシュの流量WHは、式: WH(in)n=WH(out)n=Kn・VL/T (式中、Knはn番目の吸着床につながるラインの容積ファクターであり、その 値は式: Kn=K’・Vn/VL (式中、Vnはn番目の接続ラインの容積(m3)であり、VLは最も長い接続ラ インの容積(m3)であり、Tはロータリーバルブ切り替えの時間間隔(時間) であり、K’は各接続ラインの容積ファクターの係数であって、0.5〜3.5の 範囲の値である。)により表される。) に基づいて算出され、 容積ファクターを用いてフラッシュストリームを各接続ラインの容積と関連付 けることにより、フラッシュストリームの異なる流量を異なる接続ラインに適用 するように、フラッシュストリームの流量を順に制御する工程 を含んで成る方法。 2.Knの値は、2Vn/VLであり、VnおよびVLは上記と同じ意味を有する 請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.分離すべきフィードは、パラフィンおよび置換パラフィンの異性体ならび に少量の他の副生成物の混合物である請求の範囲1記載の方法。 4.分離すべきフィードは、芳香族化合物および置換芳香族化合物の異性体な らびに少量の他の副生成物の混合物である請求の範囲1記載の方法。 5.芳香族化合物は、ジアルキルベンゼン、ジアルキルフェノール、ジニトロ ベンゼン、ジハロゲノベンゼンおよびジアルキルナフタレン等である請求の範囲 4の方法。 6.ジアルキルベンゼンはトルエンである請求の範囲5の方法。 7.パラ−キシレンを製品として回収する請求の範囲6記載の方法。 8.吸着剤は、X型ゼオライト、Y型ゼオライト、またはイオン交換により導 入された金属カチオンを有する結晶アルミノシリケートである請求の範囲1〜7 のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.脱着剤は、適用可能なパラフィンまたはその置換体、芳香族化合物または その置換体のいずれの種類であってもよく、これらは、選択的に吸着された成分 にとって代わることができ、また、吸着剤およびフィードストリームとの適合性 を有し、選択的に吸着される成分から容易に分離可能である請求の範囲1〜7の いずれかに記載の方法。 10.吸着システムは、1またはそれ以上の吸着装置を有して成る請求の範囲 1記載の方法。 11.吸着システムは、8またはそれ以上の吸着床を有して成る請求の範囲1 記載の方法。 12.吸着床の数は、8の整数倍である請求の範囲11記載の方法。 13.吸着剤は、X型のモレキュラーシーブK−Ba−Xであり、脱着剤はパ ラジエチルベンゼンである請求の範囲7記載の方法。
