Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.p43 様生物活性をもつポリペプチド。 2.NAD+結合ドメイン及びIL-2R β鎖の結合部位を含むポリペプチド。 3.IL-2R γ鎖の結合部位を更に含む請求項2記載のポリペプチド。 4.NAD+結合ドメイン及びIL-2R γ鎖の結合部位を含むポリペプチド。 5.IL-2R β鎖の結合部位及びIL-2R γ鎖の結合部位を含むポリペプチド。 6.前記ポリペプチドがIL-2R γ鎖よりIL-2R β鎖に強く結合する請求項3又は 5記載のポリペプチド。 7.前記ポリペプチドが配列番号2: 又は配列番号4: のアミノ酸配列を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のポリペプチド。 8.配列番号2又は4のアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチド又は前記ポリペプチ ドの、NAD+、IL-2R β鎖、又はIL-2R γ鎖の少なくとも1種を結合する機能誘導 体。 9.前記機能誘導体が前記ポリペプチドの変異体、断片、化学誘導体、又は融合 タンパク質である請求項8記載の機能誘導体。 10.請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポリペプチド又は機能誘導体のコード 情報を含む核酸分子。 11.配列番号1: のヌクレオチド配列を含む核酸分子、又は前記核酸分子の縮重変異体、又は前 記ヌクレオチド配列を有する核酸分子に対してハイブリッド形成することができ る核酸分子、又は配列番号1の一部又は前述の核酸配列のいずれかの一部を含む 核酸分子、好ましくは配列番号9: のヌクレオチド配列を含む核酸分子、又は配列番号9の縮重変異体。 12.配列番号1のヌクレオチド配列を有する核酸分子に対して、70%を超える、 更に好ましくは90%を超える相同性を選択する条件下でハイブリッド形成するこ とができる請求項11記載の核酸分子。 13.配列番号1のヌクレオチド配列を含む核酸分子に対して、3×SCC 中65℃で ハイブリッド形成することができる請求項12記載の核酸分子。 14.請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の核酸分子によってコードされたポリペ プチド。 15.請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の核酸分子のヌクレオチド配列を含むベ クター。 16.発現ベクターである請求項15記載のベクター。 17.請求項15又は16記載のベクターをもつ宿主細胞。 18.下記の工程を含む請求項1〜9又は14のいずれか1項に記載のポリペプチド の生産方法。 a)請求項17記載の宿主細胞を、前記ポリペプチドが前記宿主細胞によって発現 される条件下で培養する工程、及び b)前記ポリペプチドを単離する工程。 19.前記宿主細胞が E.coli細胞又は哺乳動物細胞、好ましくはCOS 細胞である 請求項18記載の方法。 20.請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポリペプチド又は機能誘導体に特異的 な抗体分子。 21.ポリクローナル抗体、モノクローナル抗体、完全免疫グロブリン又はその断 片、免疫グロブリンの Fab′又はF(ab)2フラグメント、組換え抗体又は組換え抗 体断片、組換え単鎖抗体(scFv)、キメラ抗体、二重特異性抗体、又は人化抗体で ある請求項20記載の抗体分子。 22.下記のアミノ酸配列のいずれかに特異的である請求項20又は21記載の抗体分 子。 23.請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の核酸分子の配列の一部に対応するアン チセンスオリゴヌクレオチド。 24.配列番号8: 5′-GTCTTCAAAACGCCCATCCT- 3′の核酸配列を有する請求項23 記載のアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド。 25.IL-2依存性細胞増殖を阻止するために使用される請求項23又は24記載のアン チセンスヌクレオチドの使用。 26.請求項23又は24記載のアンチセンスヌクレオチドを含む医薬組成物。 27.請求項1〜9、又は14のいずれか1項に記載のポリペプチドを含む医薬組成 物。 28.請求項10〜13、15又は16のいずれか1項に記載の核酸分子を含む医薬組成物 。
