Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、 第一の直径を有する膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る第一の管状 移植部材と、 第二の直径を有する膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る第二の管状 移植部材と、 前記支持部材の壁を貫通する複数の開口部を有する半径方向に膨張可能な少な くとも1つの支持部材とを備え、該支持部材がその膨張しない状態のとき、第一 及び第二の管状移植部材の間に介在され、これにより、該管状の支持部材が半径 方向に膨張したとき、前記第一及び第二の管状移植部材の各々が前記支持部材と 共に半径方向に膨張して膨張したときの直径となるようにした、半径方向に膨張 可能な補強された血管移植体。 2.請求項1に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、前 記膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る第一及び第二の移植部材が、共 に接着されて、前記支持層の前記開口部を貫通し且つ前記支持層を略覆う一体の 構造体を形成し、 該第一及び第二の移植部材が、膨張したときの直径まで半径方向に膨張する間 にノード延伸するノード−小繊維ミクロ構造体を有する、半径方向に膨張可能な 補強された血管移植体。 3.請求項1に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、前 記支持部材に形成された前記複数の開口部が、複数のストラッツにより仕切られ 、膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の移植部材が 、前記複数の開口部を通じ且つ前記複数のストラッツの間にて共に接着されるよ うにした、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 4.請求項1に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、膨 張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の移植部材が、該 膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る第一及び第二の移植部材の間に介 在された介在接着層により前記支持部材の少なくとも一方に且つ互いに接着され るようにした、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 5.請求項4に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、前 記接着層が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン及びフルオロエチルポリプロピレンの 一方である、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 6.請求項1に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、前 記支持部材が、銀、チタニウム、ステンレス鋼、金合金、タンタル及び半径方向 に膨張可能で且つ半径方向への潰れに抵抗する任意の適当なプラスチック材料の 少なくとも1つを更に含む、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 7.請求項1に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、前 記支持部材がステントを備える、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 8.請求項7に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、膨 張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の移植部材が、ノ ード間の距離が0.1乃至100μmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする、半径方向に膨 張可能な補強された血管移植体。 9.請求項8に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、前 記膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一の移植部材及び膨張し たポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第二の移植部材におけるノード間の 距離が相互に相違する、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 10.請求項1に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、前 記膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一の移植部材及び膨張し たポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第二の移植部材における肉厚が相互 に相違する、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 11.請求項1に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、半 径方向に膨張可能な少なくとも1つの管状の支持部材が、隣接する管状のステン ト部材の間に略開放した環状スペースがある状態にて、長手方向に伸長する列内 にて端部同士を合わせて連続的に配置された複数の管状ステント部材を更に備え 、 膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の移植部材の 少なくとも一方が、膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び 第二の移植部材の前記少なくとも一方の相当な長手方向伸長距離に沿って伸長す る少なくとも1つの補強部材を更に備える、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血 管移植体。 12.半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、 長手方向に膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る第一の管状部材と、 長手方向に膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る該管状の部材の周り に同心状に配置され且つ該第一の管状部材により少なくとも相当な長手方向距離 に沿って覆われた半径方向に膨張可能な少なくとも1つの管状の支持部材であっ て、その壁を貫通する複数の開口部を有する前記管状の支持部材と、 半径方向に膨張可能な前記管状の形状の支持部材及び膨張したポリテトラフル オロエチレンから成る前記第一の管状部材の周りにて同心状に配置された長手方 向に膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る第二の管状部材とを備え、 前記半径方向に膨張可能な管状の形状をした支持部材が、その少なくとも相当 な長手方向距離の中間の位置に配置され且つ該距離に亙って周方向に包み込まれ 、 膨張可能なポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の管状部材 が前記管状の支持部材の壁に形成された前記複数の開口部を通じて接着され且つ 前記管状の支持部材と略同時に半径方向に膨張可能であるようにされた、半径方 向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 13.請求項12に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、 膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の管状部材が、 前記管状の支持部材の管状壁を貫通する前記開口部を通じて共に互いに単一体と して接着されるようにした、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 14.請求項12に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、 膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の管状部材が、 互いに単一体として接着され且つ前記半径方向に膨張可能な管状支持部材の第一 及び第二の端部を取り巻くようにされた、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管 移植体。 15.請求項12に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、 半径方向に膨張可能な前記管状支持部材が、複数のストラッツにより仕切られた 複数の開口部を有する管状のステントを更に備える、半径方向に膨張可能な補強 された血管移植体。 16.請求項12に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、 前記膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の管状部材 が、ノード間の当初の距離が0.10乃至100μmの範囲内にあるようにされた、半 径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 17.請求項16に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、 膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の管状部材が、 ノード間の距離及び肉厚の少なくとも一方が相違するように選択される、半径方 向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 18.請求項12に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、 半径方向に膨張可能な少なくとも1つの支持部材が、互いに所定の距離の位置に 配置された半径方向に膨張可能な少なくとも2つの管状の形状の支持部材を備え 、 該管状の形状とされた支持部材が、膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから 成る前記第一及び第二の管状部材の両端に配置され、 膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の管状部材の 中間の長手方向領域が、半径方向に膨張可能な管状の形状をした支持部材により 支持されないようにした、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 19.請求項12に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体にして、 半径方向に膨張可能な前記管状の形状をした支持部材が、長手方向列内にて連続 的に整合された半径方向に膨張可能な管状の形状とされた複数の支持部材を備え 、半径方向に膨張可能な隣接する管状の形状とされた支持部材の間に非支持スペ ースが介在するようにした、半径方向に膨張可能な補強された血管移植体。 20.半径方向に膨張可能な補強した血管移植体の製造方法にして、 a)略非焼結の膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る第一の管状材料 を支持体に亙って配置するステップと、 b)略非焼結の膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る第一の管状材料 の周りにて半径方向に膨張可能な支持部材を周方向に同心状に配置し、前記半径 方向に膨張可能な支持部材の少なくとも相当な長手方向伸長部分が略非焼結の膨 張した前記第一のポリテトラフルオロエチレン材料に接触するようにするステッ プと、 c)半径方向に膨張可能な前記支持部材と略非焼結の膨張したポリテトラフル オロエチレンから成る前記第一の材料との周りに、膨張した略非焼結のポリテト ラフルオロエチレンから成る第二の材料を周方向に同心状に配置するステップと 、 d)前記支持材料層を生体適合性のある移植材料の前記第一及び第二の層に添 着し、該層の全てが互いに略分離不能であり且つ互いに半径方向に膨張可能であ るようにするステップとを含む、製造方法。 21.請求項20に記載の半径方向に膨張可能な補強した血管移植体の製造方法 にして、前記添着ステップが、 略非焼結の膨張した第一及び第二のポリテトラフルオロエチレン材料に対し且 つ前記支持部材に対して周方向への圧力を付与するステップと、 前記付与された周方向への圧力の作用の下、略非焼結の膨張したポリテトラフ ロルオエチレンから成る前記第一及び第二の材料を焼結し、これにより、前記支 持部材を封止するステップとを更に含む、製造方法。
